I frequently get popup messages in the bottom right corner of my screen for tournaments and such, and clicking those doesn't open the tournament or anything. I want them to stop entirely, but there seems to be no way to do that.

If you right click on the beige box on the left (Has the auto post/auto muck and sit out) on the sit out button, a new box appears that says sit out at next BB on all tables

The 6pm PLO8 1k guarantee which unfortunately is Revolutions biggest PLO8 tourney (insert laugh here) has been averaging $2500 a night.

DAILY BE CHANGED TO A 10+1 REBUY $2500 GUARANTEE

ADD A DAILY $22 BUY IN WITH NO REBUYS $1750 GUARANTEE

ADD A BIG SUNDAY PLO8 $55 WITH 5K GUARANTEE.

ALL THOSE GUARANTEES SHOULD BE MET IMMEDIATELY AND PASSED SHORTLY AFTER.

Not a huge fan of NLO8, but it would be nice to have some variety other then NLHE, PLO and PLO8.

Would be great if there could be some stud/razz or draw games and ideally HORSE or some kind of mixed game

What is it with the "Deepstack Turbo" tournaments? What's the point of having a deepstack tournament if you're going to negate it by making it a turbo? Let's have some true deepstack tournaments. Like $5000 with 10 minute blinds or even 15 minutes blind increases.

I am playing plo right now and someone is talking about a hand they are not in... while the hand is going on. Pretty messed up imo

I'm not seeing the freeroll MTT's that ran last week. They were free last week but are suppose to have a point requirement this week. If you are running the tournies again they should be up in the lobby the whole week. Let people see and motivate them that if they play x number of points they will quailfy to play.

When are the filters going to start working? When setting the tournament filter I have sattys unclicked, yet all of them still show up...trying to navigate the tourny schedule while all the sattys are showing up is unbearable.

don't know if anyone even mentioned this (didn't read all posts) but maybe when u have lock pro's in a tourny with bounties on their head..they could have a custom avatar or colored name..just makes it a little more fun/interesting when ur at a table with em (i for one don't know all their names) kinda like ftp did back in the day

also player transfers..when u recieve a transfer it didn't show in ur transaction history (havn't seen if this is changed) that's kinda important for ppl being staked or buying stakes in another keeping track of who paid what

i didn't even know abut these freerolls..what time/day do they usually run?

i need to say that i agree with the improvement in customer service. i've emailed rizen, i've PMed shane, i've emailed customer service numerous times, but have yet received a response. I had my withdrawal process approved in april/may, but have yet to receive my check. i think what troubles me the most is the lack of response. i understand that with the transition that lock went through, there may be a huge process. however, the responses that i have received were to the tune of "it is on the way."; "it will be another 2-3 weeks."; "it will be one more week."; to now, where i do not even receive responses now.

i'm actually incredibly troubled, and would love updates on my $2975 (3k -25) check. does anybody have any ideas on how i may possibly speak with a representative of my concerns?

Can you send me a screenshot with the filter up and unchecked and the lobby with satellites in it? I just tried to reproduce this and when I unclicked satellites all of them were removed from the lobby except one, which I've reported as it's most likely just incorrectly labeled somewhere. The colors for pros is being worked on I know that. As far as the transfers go, they show up in your cashier. if you have transfers that aren't showing up please let me know so I can have someone look at it.

Is this in the works?

As far as I know Lock doesn't have any regular daily run freerolls. I imagine they will at some point. The freerolls referenced are part of a special promotion. They were free to register this past weekend, but will now require a point balance to register for this upcoming weekends.

Is there any way to bring back the accolades for players that won them on the old Lock, make that a part of the graphics. And also need to work on the Player Admin taking so long to update with info too.

Make one of those tiny rebuy tournaments again. Cake had a .10, .25 and .50 unlimited rebuy tournaments and they all got pretty good size prize pool for the buy-ins
