We also added guarantees to many of the tournaments, and many of them have special guarantees for Sundays.
In addition, the first Sunday (June 3rd) the $500+30 75k super stack guaranteed will actually be *hosted by Annette Obrestad and Chris Moorman, and the 1600 $100+9 will be a 100k guaranteed hosted by Matt Stout and Melanie Weisner.

What kind of satellites you got for the sunday "majors"?

Hope to god you fixed Cake's tournament structures, or Merge structures, or both? 20 min levels for a nightly tourney is too long. 15 min levels is more than enough, if you do the structures right.

imjustshane, please consider hiring me to help you with your PLO8 mtt scheduling! On a serious note, apologies for being blunt, but the above PLO8 offerings are nothing short of pathetic! At the very least, whoever is in charge of PLO/PLO8 mtts' scheduling needs to review what's been going on on MERGE since BF! Doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that PLO8 MTTs are way way more popular than PLO MTTs, and it's simply irrational to give more weight to PLO MTTs over PLO8 MTTs in terms of frequency and guaranteed $ amounts!

How does the $22 at 1930 have a higher guaranteed than the $33 at 19:00 by 1K? To be honest this schedule looks really close to the schedule Merge has out there, with lower guarantees.

Are the satellite options going to be better than they were on Merge?

Pretty disappointed to be honest. I had heard Matt Stout was going to revamp and create a really good structure but it just seems he copy and pasted the Merge schedule and slapped some lower guarantees on them. I guess Revolution isnt going after the Euro players? I ask bc again, this daytime schedule is the pits.

A lot of these guarantees are completely laughable (I feel the same about the Merge ones and these are generally lower). Also please consider adding a lowstakes daily HU event -- maybe a $11 or something and slap $200-$300 gtd on there. Would be great to actually have a playable hu tourney with a guarantee.

To be fair, I've been drinking the Revolution kool-aid. But I have to agree, this tourney schedule isn't anything to brag about.

I would assume as they figure out what kind of traffic they're gonna have they will go up rather quickly. It will be interesting to see what Merge does w/ their GTD's. If they keep them where they are, I'll prob have to wait b4 joining the revolution. If you guys are that confident you are 40% of the Merge network, then why not put some $$$ out there to try and get everyone on board?

Also, everyone was boasting about a "new and improved tourney schedule" this pretty much looks like the current Merge schedule (with a few additions) but w/ smaller GTD's. Hopefully the structures are atleast better....

I don't care if the schedule is the same but with all Shane's talk of Merge holding them back and LockOps (which had great gtds) would have gone off without a hitch then why are these guarantees soooo pathetic.

New bigger buyin tournaments are good but guaranteeing ~35 people is pathetic.

Ouch, some of the gtds are literally half of what they are now. Not real neat.

After looking at the schedule more carefully, I am starting to hope that the genius responsible for the plo8 schedule was leveling us. B/c no one who takes their job seriously can be this incompetent and oblivious! I mean with Lock claiming to be responsible for 40% of Merge's daily traffic, and also claiming to be responsible for 60+% of Maximum's buy-ins, how in the world can the Revolution plo8 schedule be worse than what the cake network currently offers? Instead of taking a step forward, they take 2 steps back. Doesn't anyone realize over at Lock that its in their interest to do w/e they can right now to try and maintain as many of their players as possible during the switch? The way it stands now, they are basically forcing many of their players to simply switch to another Merge skin instead of following Lock over to Cake!

I was really excited to see what the schedule would look like, but I'm pretty disappointed looking at this. And the merge guarantees will drop too once lock leaves. So we will have two crappy tournament schedules.

I'm hoping they're just being a little conservative on the gtd's until they know what their traffic will look like for sure.

Any chance on switching around or adding some micro freezeouts? Even just throwing in a couple more 3.30 and 4.40 fo's would be cool instead of everything being a rebuy or turbo. Also, a couple of 4max events would be niiice.

I am mainly disappointed by the 150k 109 being taken back all the way to 75k. There has been a solid overlay of at least 20k each week on merge. Any projections as to how much overlay there will be in the 75k sunday 109? Keep in mind Lock hold 66% of the high limit tournament volume on merge. lol

The guarantees are depressing on a lot of the tourneys, but it should supplement the merge schedule pretty well. At least volume will increase.

To me the amount of tournaments looks solid, the only think that worries me is the lack of deep stacks. I noticed almost all tournaments are just said to be freezeouts while a select few are deep stack freezeouts. If the regular freezeouts do not have good structures (3,000 starting chips, 10 minute blinds) this schedule will be unplayable IMO.

I agree. This is why I stopped playing after BF. When every tourney is 1500-2000 starting stacks and 5-7 minute blinds, it just takes away the skill set. Man how I miss Stars.
