I have been waiting on a Direct Bank Transfer for SIX WEEKS!! It was processed on 2/28, and I was told I would get the funds in 24 to 48 hours! lol I can deal with the lead time being off the "quoted lead time" a week or so, but SIX WEEKS is unacceptable. I have been told repeatedly it is coming in a few days.
The communication has been very poor. Support answers one out of every 5 emails with a generic response. Lock repeatedly blames the processor, but they will not put the funds back in my account, so I can get a courier check. I haven't played on Lock for over 2 weeks, and I do not have any intention of doing so ever again. Going to Black Chip.
Be warned. Shane and Rizen promise to take care of things, but all they do is forward emails to support. They randomly answer PMs and emails as well.
I'm over Lock. They have gained market share based upon their supposed fast withdrawal times, but they do not deliver (and they don't even offer to compensate you for your trouble).
