Not really sure what this has to do with my reply but I do agree with you. Honesty is not a hard thing to communicate and lock is really poor when it comes to customer support. They would be better off if they just changed their cash out times to state WU 4-6 weeks and checks 8-10 weeks. Not only are those times more accurate, but it SHOULD cut down on the complaints we see in these threads.

42 days for my money this is a bit rediculous i was told 7-10 days 10 days ago. people who requested in november have their money already. i am the current most days waiting for my money. i have been with you for a year now and loyal and i expected more out of your site dispite what others say. please resolve this im very dissapointed in you all when i have nothing but praised your site.

why do i have to wait another 7-10 business days, and noone informed me in my conformation email that i had to wait another 7-10 days. I just dont understand why it has taken so long for my request pending i was told it would take 2-3 weeks and 4-6. Im sorry to bother you and take my frustrations out on you i just need my money.

The issue was that there was a delay on the processor your request was submitted to. When it came clear that the resultant delay would be unacceptable we cancelled your request and resubmitted it through another processor that did not experience a delay. i understand the with drawal process and some of those emails were from my girlfriend but 44 days is rediculous sorry for the long post but it was to show the answers i have been getting and false hope. its been a rediculous cashout and previously when i went to cashout i read others cashout times and saw an average of 17- 21 days max and that was my original thinking. if u took my cashout time i could make 18000 ayear im glad this isnt my living anymore. i hope we all have better luck next time? who knows

Has anyone with a WU withdrawal from mid-late october still pending ever received an email from the cashier about this? I haven't and I suspect no one has either.

I know you're just trying to add info, but this thread is for those of us who requested our withdrawal in mid-late october. It seems the november withdrawal requests are being processed and people are being paid.

Something happened to our withdrawal requests and NOTHING is being told to us or being done about it.

The cashier that our inquiries have been sent to for weeks now has yet to respond to any of us that I know of.

Do we have no recourse and no one to go to for help in this matter? Any suggestions at all, other than wait, wait and keep waiting?

I responded to an email inquiry I had initially sent more than 10 days ago, that I was supposed to be receiving my MTCN # in 5-7 business days. I got a response back saying I should have my MTCN # very soon. Whatever the heck that means. Now they can't even back up how long it will take.

Lock Support also failed to reply to my question about why people who were requesting in November were receiving WU payments already.

Sender info popped up a few days ago, been sweating the MCTN since.

I'm sure the money will get here, but it is disappointing that Lock has taken nearly 6 weeks to make it happen.

The wait would not be as bad if they didn't keep lying to me. I just can't trust this site at all.
