So I'm easily going to hit black VIP this month and i'm still on 35% rakeback, i'm costing myself a pretty decent chunk of change right?

10k pts = $1200 month rake back from the cash back + points exchange?

One other thing, If i'm on rakeback and still earn enough points for black vip, even though i'm not receiving the points, am i still eligible for the freeroll?

err i think i misunderstood the cash back... It's supposed to be 10k points = 1k in rake = 20% of that for a rebate of 200 bucks on the month?

+ another $200 for the points exchange? s

I was approved on 7/18 for my check on the casino side and received the check today 7/21, which was is great.

When do I receive my credit for the $25 check fee? If it's located in the vault, I do not see the vault when I go into the player admin section. I've already e-mailed support about being reimbursed, but have not yet received a response in days.

Rizen,

A few months ago you were sending cheques to Canadian players in Canadian funds at par. Can you tell me if this is still the case? Also, would it be the same if withdrawing from the Casino side?

If you, or anyone else, could also suggest which method (casino side or poker side) seems to be the best that would be great too. I play to pull out the max by cheque.

send a message to support and they'll return it pretty quickly in my experience

Yeah, I requested my $25 reimbursement at 10:08pm last night and at 1:20am received a reply from support with confirmation of refund.

I'm actually not sure. if you can PM me your Lock username/e-mail I'll copy you on my inquiry so you find out ASAP. i'll be happy to post the findings here too.

Any chance more filters will be added to the lobby. Would be nice to seperate by stake and to be able to not include bad beat tables.

Did you try the casino side? I think most CC's work over there. Casino has been the easiest for both deposits and withdrawals.

Always, thought of myself as a tournament player and I don't think Lock has the best tournaments or they never fill fast enough.

Jumped over to try cash games for a bit and im getting killed. Are these cash games that much harder than stars or is it that I just suck.

the tournaments aren't so bad, its just they don't have enough micro-mid (<$15) guarantees, the same with the MTTSNGs too and the payouts are done in such a stupid way

also Merge is rigged too

casino side is now asking for verification form for ur credit card now. Which is annoying but i made a deposit on poker sire with no problems.

Depends on the levels, sample size, etc. I wouldn't characterize the games as "harder" than Stars at <100NL, it just seems like there are less whales.
