I was playing in a tournament on Lock yesterday and raised with KK. The flop was TcJsQd and I bet 400 only to have the other player go all in with 5c 7c. The next two cards were clubs making his flush. I have seen too many instances like this on lock.

Lock didnt have access to the tools to track the chip dumping. All of the security was handled by a central security team on that network and we had no control or input on the security measures.

Can you answer why you can't at least provide a court case number, date when a lawsuit was filed or anything else?

At this point, nobody needs details like what you're suing him for or your main strategy, but just knowing that a lawsuit does exist would be a great thing for most non believers in here.

Have you yourself seen evidence that a lawsuit has been filed Shane?

But the Lock casino was your own processor. Doesn't a 100k deposit set off some sort of flag? Was Merge security was manning your own casino processor?

When this first went down the legal department told me I could make no further comments on this and have in no way kept me in the loop with proceedings.

If a player or staking affiliate wants to get $100K on then they are more than welcome to, we obviously see this come through and then are aware of the player but we dont have a way of seeing if a player is just a whale who blew his bankroll or if there was chip dumping in progress. That could only come from the security team. So then when concerns were first raised we had to send those concerns to the security team to investigate and rely on the results of their investigation.

Doing a lawsuit against a person who don`t exist even for lock standards that must be a new low
