I tried to deposit $30.00 on Lock Poker through ECMCPAL. I thought that this was a safe and legitimate way to deposit money into the software. Little did I know I would be charged 29.84 to my bank account, TWICE. On top of that, $0.00 is in my Lock Poker account. The "cashier" shows $0.00 as well.

Then I tried to contact Lock's customer service at support@pokercs.com - I found this email under Lock Poker's terms of service here: http://lockpoker.eu/support/terms/. Both times, the company denied that my email address and username even existed. I can provide screenshots if anyone is curious. I would like to know how I can get my money back.

I found that my deposit was just stuck on ECMCPAL. I pressed the refund button because I want to just deposit through another form besides ECMCPAL. How long does this refund take? I saw another thread where ECMCPAL was very uncooperative in refunding the money.

If you email me your details I can get the cashier team to check with the processor and make sure this is taken care of in a timely fashion for you.

I checked my bank account today, and the funds have been released; the two charges have been credited to my account. I am surprised that they were released on a Sunday, but I'm not complaining. Huge thanks to Shane for getting in touch with me so promptly.

Ok another update.

I just got charged 30.97 twice from ECMCPAL. So now I've asked for a refund of the first 2 charges, they took them out, and ECMCPAL then charged me TWICE for an even higher amount. What's going on? This is becoming a nightmare.

Them seem to work perfect for me, and do not charge extra $1.76 like CC charge when you make deposit with them, no problems one bit and think it is very smooth way to deposit.

Ok another update. I have been credited by ecmcpal for the two charges of 30.97. Again, this is occurring on a weekend, so I'm hoping they don't go back in and charge me again.

A few suggestions: If you deposit through ecmcpal, remember that you have to actually use ecmcpal to send the money into your lockpoker account, through the ecmcpal website. Unfortunately, lock doesn't provide clear, easy directions on how to do this, nor does it make the process completely straight forward. I'd avoid using ecmcpal altogether and use wu or transfer if you can.

I will update this thread once more if anything changes with my bank.

WEll I think it is common sense that you deposit on ECMC first then go to Lock then choose it for deposit option then input the amount of money you want from ECMC to go to Lock, I think Lock should get in contact with ECMC and work something out with them on withdrawal option and for ECMC to be able to pay you with check or bankwire or something like that I think it would be a very fast liable way to get your funds in and out of Lock to your bank or prepaid card, there is just to many option's out there to work with to make this easy and helpful to players and bring in more players to Lock if something is worked out.
