If that doesn't suffice you can let me know.
You are the man. Nice graph. If you are getting screwed by Lock, then the rest of us better run.

I haven't read any posts after this one, so sorry if this has been said, but....

The fact that you launched your site 2 weeks ago, and just "now sorted" the issue of processing checks, is a complete joke.

Just absolutely ridiculous. How low have our standards gotten for how online poker sites treat their players? They can't lose one day of income from rake, but they can wait weeks before even having a way to BEGIN to pay out players.

And of course any time someone starts a thread to complain about it, 4 or 5 little fanboys come out of the woodwork to take a crap all over anybody who dares mention how incompetent Lock has proven to be during their network switch.

It seems to be standard these days for poker sites to be run by the professionally challenged. Seriously Shane how do land a job like this let alone hold it down. If one of my CS reps ever mentioned his increasing workload to a customer let alone lie through his teeth on a regular basis his/her feet wouldn't touch the floor.

Can someone remind me again why poker players are still playing at sites like this? Is it the sweat?

Because any well ran and respected site is off limits to US players?

Thanks, ya getting screwed pretty hard. Played a lot and spent a lot of money in tourney fees.

Still havent heard anything from shane or support, almost two weeks since first check bounced. Sent about 10 emails to support. One email to shane, and one PM. I guess they just decided to ignore me until I go away. That's just not going to happen.

when did you get them/deposit them?
06-15-2012 , 02:09 PM
Received them 5/14 and 5/21, but didn't cash until 6/11.

If it's any consolation, I'm tilting on all of your behalf. This is brutal to watch.

Good news everyone! Shane just contacted me and said that these bad checks are being replaced, and should arrive within two weeks.

Will keep you all updated. Anyone having problems with lock should just be patient, as hard as it may seem. Come back and check to see how it all works out.

That sucks they bounced, but I would never wait that long to cash a poker check with the current state of affairs. I always deposit the day I receive them or the next. With how often they seem to change accounts I wouldn't expect an almost month old check to clear.

I have dealt with numerous withdrawal issues before with Lock and unfortunately it isn't surprising they are still having issues.

My office has one woman who cuts 250-500 checks depending on the time of year, JUST ON FRIDAY! It is inexcusable. I doubt I will ever see my money. I just hope our governments breaks tradition, uses common sense, and regulates this disaster!

Really. Some great advice, it is the one thing I will always do. The accounts of the "front" businesses get closed down often, so just get it asap. Also would recommend taking it to the bank that issued the check and cashing it, then depositing the cash into your own acct.

Thanks for the tip, will def do this in the future. I was busy and just forgot about depositing them for a while.

As much as we would love to send you checks directly from us UIGEA means we cannot do this, so we can't just have someone cutting all the checks and mailing them out to you.

Maybe if you politely ask Shane and maybe bake him some cookies or knit him a sweater he'll put you at the top of the list.

Didn't he already tell everyone that right here on the forums multiple times? Your exciting news here is kind of weird since it is repeating exactly what he said in the forum....including to you.

He said he looked into it for me and confirmed that both two checks were coming out in a pm. Excited because it was the first news delivered directly towards me, instead of a generic response. Sorry for my enthusiasm, trying to stay positive and this is the best news I've have on the issue. Will let you know what happens, appreciate your concern however.

Wouldn't you say 40 days should be sufficient? Maybe you should alert players to this issue before you take their deposit. You found a way to process and take my money within a week (+\- 2 days).

Its been well inside 40 days when we weren't moving networks.

Everything will be running much smoother now and we will be back to our previous fast cashouts.
