Bank transfer requested 2/25, processed 2/26.

Still no money, despite support telling me on 3/7 that I should have my money. Since then they've ignored my multiple emails. PM'd and emailed rizen yesterday, still no response or reassurance from lock support this morning. Double checked the account/routing numbers I used, don't see any problem.

Am I the only one still waiting this long?? Frustration is building extremely quickly.

Same situation, except mine was processed on 2/25.

it's an international code, and i'm confident you can figure it out yourself. and don't post bank names ITT.

Thank you for this. I spent about an hour today going through the player admin and lock casino histories thinking $2000 had mysteriously disappeared. Fortunately it was listed in this somewhat hidden history, which is for some reason not included in your player admin or casino history. Lock might want to make the window default to maximized in the future, or include these transactions in the other histories.

No I've been waiting longer. I emailed support today and was told I will have it beginning of next week and to have a nice weekend! I will keep you guys posted if I get it.

don't remember it taking very long. i emailed support recently though to ask if my verification was all squard away since i did it several months back but never deposited. and they responded by telling me they have a lot of emails to get too and they will get back to me. seems to me that shoudl just be something you check with a few mouse clicks. but what do i know.

I emailed my verification simultaneously with a cashout request, and iirc my cashout was approved before i received verification.

so where do i see my pending cashout for bank transfer? i did one 3/11 and i checked my pending on the lock poker side and there was nothing there... does it show up later since it was on a saturday? I checked my routing etc... all good.

nevermind figured it out if you expand the cashier window there is a hidden history that got cut off, in case anyone else has this problem

Just checked online banking. STILL nothing. This makes 11 business days (16 calendar days). Plus, I was told on 3/6 and 3/7 by support that the money would be deposited the same day. Really, really frustrating.

By day, I handle customer experience for a large healthcare organization. There aren't many things worse for customers than for them to be disappointed on a daily basis (in this case, when players check their bank accounts daily to see if they've received our transfers).

Processed 03/03 for 2.5 k and still not a damn thing in my bank...support is useless they don't even respond to you and if the do.its a generic message that doesn't answer any questions...probably ain't gonna be playing online until its legalized this waiting game is ridiculous....my sports book pays in days don't see why they can't either...u can sure take our money fast however....
