I gave you and support the benefit of the doubt for a while, but now I'm just going to call it how I see it. The time frame you gave has been exceded by a noticeable margin. Lots of people are posting that they are long overdue the estimated time frame. What more prompting do you need?
Something similar to what you said to Blake, but made for the community at large, would be great. It would also significantly decrease your workload by preemptively addressing problems as they arise, not separately as people get to their boiling point.
Lastly, my outstanding issue is that my processed cashout is overdue of the estimated time frame, and I have not seen a reason, reassurance, or apology. Nothing special just generally annoyed about the wait, and specifically annoyed at the way it's being handled.
