I just got a check 2 days ago without issue. I have a bank transfer that has been in longer then yours and I'm not going crazy in every thread about not getting it yet.

If you can't handle the risk/waiting time on payouts in this era of online poker in the US then I suggest you quit playing.

M8kinmoves210, I believe that you are genuinely concerned about your money; everybody is to a certain extent. Nobody in this thread is really picking on you or trying to give you a hard time (there may be one or two posts that are, but that's only because you've been very negative, insulting, and unproductive).

I think everybody wants this to be a helpful thread, so that we can share our successes and failures in trying to get money off Lock. Messages in all caps with no punctuation don't help (I'm not saying you do this in particular, but I see them from various people all the time). Messages insulting people don't help. Messages with no real content don't help.

Let's try to keep this thread clear of spammy messages, so that when somebody pops in here, they can quickly get the information they are looking for. If you have had repeated issues with a Lock rep, with Rizen, or anything like that, express yourself with your words, rather than with ALL CAPS. Nobody here is trying to steal from you. We are all generally on the same side as fellow poker players.

Please post if anyone has received the funds into his/her bank account via the Direct Bank Transfer option. Everyone just try to stay positive. Going negative is tempting, but the payoff is not +EV!!

2 questions for the community here:

-Have any of you guys that had your check processed on 2/6, like me, received yours yet? If not, I'm going to contact Rizen/Shane about this. We were supposed to get them this week.

-Are the bank wire and/or bank transfer cashouts available for anybody right now, because I don't have either, and I'm a VIP player?

My 2/6 Approved Check did not arrive today either..

I was in on step one of the cashout process and decided I wanted to change my withdraw amount from $825 to $1200, so I closed the window and went back to the cashier. Well all of the sudden I had $825 in my casino vault. I try to transfer it back to Poker and it gives me some error. I then try to withdraw the $1,200 and it says I can't withdraw more than my account balance, even though I wasn't attempting that. So, of course, when I go back to my cashier I see my casino vault is now $1,200 and I can't do anything with that money. I just emailed support. Any advice? =(

Check withdrawal via casino courier 3 weeks ago approved a week ago, any idea of when the check will actually make it to me? They wont provide me with any tracking and the emails are soo slow...

Has anyone done the Western Union cash out method? I'd like to know how long that takes from requesting it till picking it up.

There's a thread on WU Lock cashouts. Seems to be 2-4 days, in general.

Now I just need a bank that accepts direct swift codes to send it to. Saw one that charges $16 for each transaction I receive. Others I see that are free don't have heir own swift number

Processed 2/6 I have gotten nothing but empty promises. Last week they said last Friday then it was this week. Now they don't even answer my e-mails. I am seriously sick of this BS run around. I wish they would tell you the truth. I would not be so pissed if I was not lied to over and over again.

It'd be great for the Lock representatives to update this thread with an accurate timeframe for these bank transfer cashouts, and an update for those who requested checks. I think the "BS lies" is a bit much, but it'd be nice to have public update that the Lock team can be accountable for.

Everyone is saying processed is that the same as Approved? Mine just went from requested to "approved" a week ago..
