Thanks for taking the time to reply..i don't live near a walmart, so i wouldn't go to one.. but why would i have to tell them it's a payroll check?lol. wouldn't it be none of their business?.. right now as still in debating mode.. canceling my check and going the western union route or hoping the best with this.. i dunno.. feel free to commentt

I had requested a check for $2500 on 1/3 and was processed on 1/6 ... I have yet to receive it. However, a check requested on 1/5 for $2000 and processed on 1/19 has arrived ....??? How does this make sense anyone else have this problem? Any LOCK reps wanna field this bc they don't seem interested doing it via e-mail.

I guess my check came from my 2/5 withdrawl that is neat i guess. Think I'll just deposit it and see what happens.

i've cashed Pstars checks there before, at least for me on Pstars the checks came faster than their bank acct transfers

if your check request was after Feb 1st, i'd just wait for the check. Anticipation/worry is a MoFo, I understand; but, I seriously doubt you'll have any trouble w/it. The reason it's best to just say "yes" if they ask if its a paycheck is the fees are lower & the hassle is diminished. Honestly, I'd just cash it at my bank.

Ya gotta remember, if there's no $$ to back the check...there's obviously no $$ to WU $$ either, lol. Plus, I believe your current limit on WU is $250. Why go through the added time/stress of canceling a check enroute. Just relax & try not to think about it till it comes.

are lock checks drawn from us banks? And were pstars checks drawn form US banks when u cashed them?

I had same thing happen as bears with canceled wire and email from eve. I orig requested 2/8. Then I couldn't withdraw due to new casino bonus. Risen notified support and they lifted that today. Gotta call my bank tomorrow to sort out swift and retry. Hopefully this is lock trying to stay ahead f processor issues. Don't know. I was reassured that our monies are kept separate unlike FT.

I'll post status when I reinvoke wire. Still optimistic this will sort out over next month

I've also just attempted the cashout via bank transfer method myself on Lock.

On the bright side, I've had a couple friends recently receive checks and successfully cash them. They just took a considerable amount of time (2-4 weeks as approximately). But I've also had one particular one that cashed out via check (under $500) and received it in under a 5 days from the request.

Recently switched over from rpm my last check was requested 1/10 and was shipped yesterday so i would be pretty excited to get a check in 2-4 weeks

^^^^Its not the best way to approach the situation, HOWEVER, it really irks me when people in the customer service field don't realize they're in the customer service field.

The number one mistake I see in people that run live and online cardrooms, is they underestimate emotions and end up losing the customer. There are always going to be difficult customers. Rather than say "We don't need customers like him anyways", they should realize it's actually their job to make customers happy. Obviously there will be boundries that can't be crossed by customer, but this doesnt look like one of them to me...What we have here is obvious frustration on his part, which probably built up from more than one specific situation.

To me it's seemed like most of the customer reps Ive dealt with on various Merge skins, feel like they're doing Americans a favor, and not vice versa. Shaun and Rizen have been cool with me though.

so.. apparently none of the three banks I use can take a swift code directly which is required for the bank transfer. problem is the bank transfer field in the lock cashier only allows you to populate three fields, SWIFT code, routing and account number. So you can't do a bank transfer to a bank that doesn't have its own swift code.

Has anybody found a bank with it's own swift code that doesn't charge a fee to receive an international bank transfer? If so please pm me as I know we're not supposed to mention bank names.

just got an email back from support about my bank transfer which said "Our time frame for Bank Transfers are 3-5 business days." well today is the 5th business day for me and still nothing.... :-/

funny how the time frame a few days ago was 1-2 days and now it is 3-5. i'm guessing next week it will be 5-10, etc.
