My check was processed 2/6 and still no sign of any check. They told me I should for sure have it this week. Two days left of this week lets hope they mean what they say.

Actually, a better "guess" would be that it has been processed on Lock's side & "left the building" so to speak. It now has probably either been forwarded on to their payment processor or to Merge before going to their payment processor. Perhaps part of why they give a time lag of 2-3 weeks for what most of us would assume "wiring" would be something that could be completed in 2-3 days. Got to try & be realistic with American banking law in regards to gaming.

My bank-wire was requested 2/29/12 and processed 3/1/12. I will keep you all posted on when the funds are received.

They will simply tell you they don't have any answers, which is crazy since they are supposed to be involved in the decision making for the site.

Here is a better question that may help answer some of our own questions. When is the earliest date that someone has had their bank-wire processed, and has that person received their money yet? Also is there any account of anyone actually receiving the funds via bank-wire. If so, what was the processed date and received date?

My bank transfer was requested on the 25th, processed on the 26th at 3:00pm, and I have not received my money.

I must say it's very interesting reading everybodys comments/concerns. It is nice to know people are sharing information with eachother. As previously posted, i requested a withdrawl via check on the 28th and will also keep people posted how it goes for me since everybody else seems to be doing so. My cashout is $1,000, so naturally i'm eager to get it and concerned how this is going to turn out. Once i receive my check, i have no intention of depositing it, just cashing it at my bank. Anybody know exactly how that works..like i think i read they would cash your check i'm assuming, then if it didn't clear you would have to refund the money back to the bank with a penalty? I don't really understand much about this stuff when it comes to poker and the u.s..lIKE NOW that i think about it, why would a u.s. bank cash this type of check? I requested a Bankwire before they announce the new Direct Bank Transfer On 2/15, wrote an e-mail on 2/25 asking if it's been processed and they replied me on 2/27 saying that the timeframe for BW is 2 week.

And Right after the previous email, the cashier manager Eve send me another mail:

Your Bank Wire request has been credited back to your Casino account so you can submit a Direct Bank Transfer request via your Cashier. Once done we will process it within 24 hours. This is preferred over Wire where players must wait 2-3 weeks. For payouts more than $2500, this method allows you to submit 3 transactions per week. Note they have to be 24 hours apart.

So my previous withdraw was redeposit into my "CASINO ACCOUNT"..so I requested another withdraw via Direct Bank Transfer. But the balance was deducted from my "Poker Account". I can't even transfer the money back from Casino acc to Poker acc because the weekly limit has exceed? WTF?
I can't choose to cash out from casino account instead of poker account either. I don't want my money to be lock their for like another week or two... Wrote 2 emails last night, no reply yet.

It took me 3 days to veri. but apparently there is quite a mess inside Lock Support and Cashier somehow atm. I would expect to wait a lot longer if I were you.

Very helpful post. So it sounds like the first batch of Bank-Wires were a failure for whatever reason and we are the first batch of the NEW bank-wire transactions. Only time will tell how long these bank-wires will take.

I just noticed if you go into the Casino Cashier, there is actually a customer support phone number you can call about withdrawals.

I requested a bank transfer on 2/26 and e-mailed support on when i should expect to receive it. They told me I should receive the funds shortly. I'll let you know if this holds true.

there are actually posts (probably early Feb when they 1st started) where people were putting when they submitted, etc. You'll have to scroll through for yourself and if they never updated as to when it was received, try pm'g them & asking

most banks to my understanding will do exactly what you just said...if it's a concern, either go to the bank on the check (if one's actually around you) or pay a couple bucks at Walmart cust svc to cash it; you'll have to tell them its a payroll check though probably

they state checks are 2-3 weeks also; i honestly don't know which "delivery" service they use; early in Feb some people were posting the details of their cashouts by check & I believe some actually early on had theirs within a week

After having a check withdrawl requested as of feb28th and reading all this stuff about the trouble with the checks..how long they take even if you get one if it's guaranteed to clear, etc... WHO HERE THINKS IT'S A BETTER OPTION TO WITHDRAW VIA WESTERN UNION opposed to CHECK? gRANTED THE FEES ARE HIGH FOR WESTERN UNION.. WHAT ARE THE PROS AND CONS TO CONSIDER? aT THIS POINT I'M PRETTY NERVOUS ABOUT MY CHECK COMING AND AM CONSIDERING CANCELLING IT AND MAYBE GOING THE ROUTE OF WESTERN UNION..
