Ok, Lock successfully WU transferred me $850 of the $1016 cash out I initially tried to order. They also put $112 extra into my account ($100 for my trouble and $12 for my bank fee from the bounced check.) I appreciate this, but...

So after I got the $850, I've been repeatedly e-mailing support asking for them to send another transfer for the $278 remaining in my account, and I'm getting pretty sick of not getting any response whatsoever.

Rizen, what is going on with this? I just want my last $278 transferred through WU as support promised but they've completely ignored my messages for over a week now. What is the deal, seriously?

Has anyone gotten a bank transfer yet? I have heard it should take 48 hours but I have not heard of a single case of one working yet. I requested a 1k cash out that was processed on sat morning but it has not hit my account yet. No confirmation email or anything else of course.

not yet.. i requested a 2k bank transfer yesterday at 4pm... hasnt been processed yet. ill keep yall updated.

Lock bounced a check on 2/20 and hav'nt responded to any of my 4 emails since then! I read other posts of players checks bouncing from Lock poker and thier all concluded with extreme neglect from support. this is so much fun!! sigh

I hear that Bank Transfers can be used up to 3 x per week..Gonna give i a try.

First note, is that the first one is free per month, subsequent cashouts will cost 5%. So about $125 fee for a 2500 cashout.

Next I submitted my cashout and was told by the screen to check the history in the cashier to show my transaction...Guess what? there is no History in the cashier.

I go to the PlayerAdmin/Reports and check the transactions and pending transactions...Nothing...Its like my $2500 has disappeared...Not even an email. This is kind of scary.

Hey guys! I just withdrew some funds from my LOCK poker account.(first time doing) It said processing fee $25..i thought the first time each month is free/covered by LOCK? Also, i withdrew via check. Anybody know the estimated timeframe on how long those take to get sent out? Anybody ever have problems at the bank in cashing a check? Ok, take care!

Can anyone here confirm that they have actually had a check clear from Lock in the past few weeks? Waiting for one and would rather know now if its not going to clear...

Once you get your check you gotta email them to get the fee put back into your account.

I had a check get approved about 20 business days ago yet still have not received the check. I can't get any reply from customer service either. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I think it should be addressed by Rizen or whomever instead of keeping us in the dark any longer.

How long are Bank Transfers supposed to take? I read that it was 24-48 hours but haven't seen any successful posts yet. Everyone seems to be panicking right now so if you actually can do 3 bank transfers in a week ($2500 max). That would ease of a lot of tension people are having with bounced checks and denied bank wires.

Amazing how people werent panicking after a few weeks on the old check method, but are losing there minds after 2 days, be patient guys Jesus
