I dont know how long it takes, but if you ever have a problem with it, Lock has possibly the worst customer service around imo.

Mine was also just processed (Req 02/11). I would expect to have it by the end of the week. Lets keep our fingers crossed that its not made of rubber. Will update here when I receive it and if it goes through...

Naturally I hope you guys do get it in a week or so, but I really, really wouldn't count on it. I requested a check on 1/31, and it was processed the morning of 2/6. I am still yet to receive it. I emailed support like 2 days ago, and they said there were some delays and that I should expect it sometime this next week. I will update the thread when I receive it.

only withdraw option I am showing is ecocard, I am not even sure what that is. this is really brutal, also quick update on my situation, check bounced early this month, on 2/16 got email saying that the check they sent was made out of rubber and not to cash it but that was 8 days after I recieved it ( oops too late already depo'd it ) and then they put funds back into my account and said they would just WU me out the cash, I have sent 10 emails since the 17th and got exactly 0 replies from cashier......

does anyone else see this "bank transfer" method? This appears to be the only cashout method that I can see. Can Rizen or someone else please explain this withdrawal method... appears to be different than the "bank wire" method. Thanks.

Yeah I see it as well, although it likely has something to do with wire transfers due to them asking for some of the info they are asking for, and some US banks wont accept WU or wire transfers from outside the country. Do anyways I doubt I can even use that option.

I just submitted a $2500 bank transfer and it went through successfully. I am only a White VIP. Please advise if someone knows how to access the History part of the Cashier? I was given a message to track my bank transfer via the History tab in the Cashier, but I can't figure out how to access it.

Maximize your cashier window. The "history" option is to the right of the player transfer tab. You just cant see it when it isn't in full screen.

I see some good stuff and some bad stuff itt.

I am regreting my decsion to move away from lock for everleaf shortly after starting this thread. Hoping to be back here soon if, and only if, Lock can get some consistency with cashouts.

My lock wire got canceled without warning or notification...

It says it got approved but it shows in my casino, I really dont even know.

Checks should be listed again, there was a hiccup over the weekend where they weren't showing up for some people. WU and Direct Bank Transfers should be listed for most people as well.
