Question about a cashout...

I'm new to Lock. Requested a bank transfer cashout for $1000(ish) last night. It shows as "processed" in cashier, but I haven't received any sort of e-mail or anything. Does anyone know if this is typical?

I have been waiting for 57 days now for my cashout. The Western Union I requested on 2/13 and showed approved on 2/15 now has vanished from the transaction menu. $250 that was deposited to my vault on 2/19 has also disappeared. I have received 1 email from support since Sunday even though I have emailed them every day as well as Rizen forwarding an email to them. Customer service is nonexistent.

so went to do a WU cashout, and I had 2 cashout options, ecocard and western union...

Where did the courier check option availability go?

anyone know the turn around time on the bank transfer? looks like they're switching to that method over checks?....

He never responded to me either .....I think lock needs a better solution on communcations with their players /spreading the word on any news, changes etc, like cashout methods.....why should we have to come to 2P2 to find this crap out... they need to learn how to mimic stars and the old full tilt....there should be an email sent out whenever this crap happens.....it worries the community on the stability when there are changes...suddenly i see the bank transfer method....what is the cash out time w this....i know WU is 72 hours max....thats good....but learn how to COMMUNICATE, SEND US EMAILS ASSOCIATED TO OUR ACCOUNTS LOCK, ESP WITH ANY CHANGES WHICH ARE QUITE OFTEN.

Sigh, I requested a check on the 12th, almost 2 weeks later and it hasn't been processed.

Can I request a WU withdraw even if I didn't deposit via WU?

yes as long as your verified you can do WU withdraws.

Requested check on the 11th, it also hasn't been processed. I understand that it may be difficult given for them in the current environment, but I completely agree that the lack of communication is ridiculous. There should be nothing stopping lock from providing its players much better updates about changes and the status of cashouts.

Im not sure...Ive cashed out checks here and recieved emails right away..i also cashed out bank transfer and after less than 1 day it says its proccessed..no email..hopefully we get r money soon

Requested $2500 courier check on 2/12 (IMUSTWINALOT)

Under Review on 2/19

Account was verified months ago, so I have no clue why this withdrawal has been under review for this long.

Are you a Black VIP or an Elite VIP? I was told by Rizen and email support that bank wires were only for Black VIP/Elite VIP. The bank wire option shows up for everyone, but I don't think it is a working function.

Its been 9 days since lock sent me a email telling me that the check the sent me (that I had already deposited) was going to bounce, they put the amount back into my account and 100.00 in my vault and said they would WU me the amount of my withdraw (800.00) since that would be quicker than sending me another check and said it would be expidited, that was 9 days ago.... 12 emails I have sent them, 3 CC'd to rizen I finally got my 1st response today, here what it said lol... I will ask my Cashier Manager to follow up on this for you and get back to you right away. Thanks again for your patience.

I recieved this 24 hours ago. since then no email, mind you I was going back in forth with a cashier manager 10 days ago when I was trying to figure out if I needed to request the new WU withdraw or if it was going to be done automatically for me, my last email 9 days ago was "we will do everything automatically for you" what horse**** to be 9 days later and they will not respond at all, only reason I got that response yesterday was because I emailed rizen and forwarded over to support that said will someone get back to me ASAP. really frustrating I am going thru all this BS because they sent me a bogus check and now will not even communicate with me about it and just ignore my emails, thanx lockpoker

These developments are truly amazing. I deposited on Lock because I heard their cashouts were taking a week.....Now no one is getting their money.

I did same thing took money off rpm a few days ago. Waiting 6+ weeks for some money isn't looking as bad right now

lol. i just got money this week on monday - im 2 for 2 on using western union, works like a charm so far. now i want to know about the bank transfer, how long does it take? anybody from lock support, shane or rizen, still no response, to my question. Not happy.

These are exactly the type of nonsense emails I get too when they finally take the time to respond.

I'm not sure which is worse, waiting 58 days or getting a check that bounces. Either way if these people care about their company, they should care about their customers a little more. How hard is it to update people with factual information rather than "just wait a little longer" and if you do have these generic responses you should be able to pump them out at least once a day. I mean how long did that email take you think?

I still have not received a response to my emails this week even the one that Rizen forwarded.

I just requested a bank transfer and it said that I could check the status of it in my Cashier History, however I can't find any Cashier History anywhere. Does anyone know how I can access that?

Ed: Ah, jeez, I see it now, I'm an idiot. Guess I'll update with what happens.

I talked to a Mary from Live Help last night about withdrawal options. She was not so helpful. Originally I wanted to ask about the WU option and why it was down to 250 dollars instead of 850 as the Max.

Every time I asked about WU , she said I should do a Bank Transfer. I asked if there was something wrong with WU and she would only say " We recommend Bank Transfer for you" .

I asked about what happened to the Check option and she said, " Sir, Bank Transfer has a 5 % fee and we recommend you use this".

I asked when I could expect to get a Bank Transfer hitting my account and she said it's expected 24-48- I told her how I was reading on 2+2 how people have been waiting 3 weeks for Bank Wires and asked if Bank Wires and Bank Transfers were different. She said the Difference was.... the Time it takes and that Bank Transfers were launched to US players Yesterday.

Is this True? Anyone Have any advice? It seemed like people were getting WU withdrawals a little more reliably, but 10 % of 250 dollars is a little bit insane.

Anyone know if the WU option max is supposed to go up ? If so, When?

Amazing. I was seriously considering attempting to rebuild an online roll. I'm blown away at how these people operate. The fact that someone can come to the thread give an email that is supposed to go to his mobile phone and still have every single person complaining they can't get a reply is unacceptable. Seriously wtf?!
