here is a email I just recieved from lock and what is weird about this is they said they have also put a bonus in my vault for the inconvience ( and Im sure bank fees) which I (lol) gave this check to my landlord for rent who has yet to find out I guess that the check has bounced--------- Hi there,

Our 3rd party check processor had informed us that there is an issue with your recent payout. Please DO NOT cash this check. We will be sending your payout via Western Union, which is much quicker than resending a new check withdrawal. Please look out for a confirmation email from us that will include your pick up info.

Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience and have put a bonus in your Vault for this issue. Also, we are putting the appropriate steps in place to ensure we avoid this in the future. Please let us know if you have any questions at all.

Hey guys! I requested a check on 2/14 for US address. When is it realistic for me to expect to have the check in hands? Is there a way to expedite the procedure? Thanks

2-3 weeks, no real way to expedite it beyond that.

I had a pending check in the Merge cashier and when they switched it over to their own cashier on 1/26 I had the check in hand in about 10 days and deposited it with no problems.

I made another 2.5k cashout via check on 2/3 and that was approved on 2/6 but I am still waiting for check to arive. It is still within the 2-3 week timeframe given though so there is nothing to complain about.

So I have had positive experiences thus far.

I have emailed support, called and left voicemails, messaged people on this forum who are affiliated with Lock and still have not even heard a peep. I even tried calling the phone number listed on the check. There are no live operators at that company and the voicemail is full.

Whats the latest on the bank wires? I am about to make the switch from RPM to LOCK, but want to be clear on this. (As the $2500 max cashout every 4-6 weeks was not sufficient for my play).

EDIT: ok, i see wires are taking 2-3 weeks, similiar to checks and you have to be BLACK VIP earning 10k vip points a month which isnt too hard considering they have double THU and FRI vip points....Now my question is what is the maximum wire?

Please don't say $2500.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong - but I believe it is $9K? Think it was $9900 but then reduced.

$9000 is correct.

It may get significantly faster than 2-3 weeks as well, as Rizen said things ought to be going more smoothly soon.

I am in the exact same boat as you, my check for 800.00 bounced, then I get a email from lock (see my previous post) saying not to cash the check but by this time it has already been deposited and that they would WU the 800.00 to me cause that would be alot quicker than waiting for them to send another check, so I replied to them " do I need to do anything or will all this be done automatically for me" I then get a email from a MGR from the cashier (who had sent me the 1st email) within 10 minutes telling me that everything would automatically be done for me and that I would not have to do anything, then a few hours later the 800.00 shows up in my account on the casino side of lock, so I waited about 6 hrs and it was still there, so I emailed support to ask if I need to do anything (cause according to her it this western union withdrawal would be expidited) or what, no reponse, fastforward 36 hours and 4 emails later and still no response and the funds are still sitting on the casino side of lock.

It's been 3 days since I sent support a screen shot of my checking account and I have yet to receive a refund for the fees of the bounced check. This would be fine if I was in constant contact with support, but they never responded to my last email. I just want to know when can I expect to be refunded for the bounced check + the fees.
