I hope they keep up the fast payouts. If so I will sign up and deposit. There is a part of me however that is a little paranoid that something bad is gonna happen if they come this quick. Since black friday i am hesitant to put any $ online. Keep it up though lock!

+1...Lord have mercy, me too!!! Reading the Carbon threads has me stressed like a SOB; and it truly seems like nobody's interested in "yankee" customer satisfaction in any way, shape or form. I'm two weeks into the decision process to play on this skin and still a tad hesitant. But at least so far all my concerns/worries have at least been attempted to be dealt with here. Got verified yesterday, had some difficulties navigating the software (to be fair, probablly 'cause of their "cashier" switch over issues) but plan on depositing I believe next week...although, I think I'll still shy away from CC & just do a transfer.

I truly hope, that the cashier change on this site is their attemp to posture/move away from Merge for the change coming to the American market. We'll see I guess.

Cheers,
John

cross my fingers just requested today 1/29 for a check will post again when approved and recieved

I withdrew through the poker side three weeks ago and I still haven't received the check. I'm a us player though. Is this standard?

Edit: I should have read this thread and withdrew from the casino.
Also just curious, but why is lock the only skin with the casino side?

Question, will the fast cashout times also be converted to the poker side starting Feb 1st? Currently they will not let me cashout at all there. Just want to see if both options will be available and checks given within 2-7 days as I am hearing from sources.

so you transfer your money from poker to the casino side than cashout right? Are you guys us players doing this? Is it easy to transfer over? take long? thanks for answers help!

Transfering from poker to casino is very simple. From the poker client just click the "Lock Casino" tab. This will open your internet browser with a transfer screen that only takes a few clicks and the transfer happens instantly. Then you can access your separate Lock Casino Cashier and process the withdrawal.

I'll double check, but my understanding is it will be available from both once the new cashier goes live. I'm not sure what your source is, but 2-3 weeks for checks and wires is everything I've been told.

He was referring to some of the accolades so far given to ya'alls cashiers in some recent posts. There was one I think that requested on the 22d or so, had it approved the 24th or so & in hand on the 27th. Another, lol, jokingly gave the request date and the date "currently rubbling check on my titties"

Outstanding job, especially from Yanks' viewpoints. Good going guys!

Checks will probably move back to the 2-3 week range once the volume of requests through the casino goes back up again. I think we were just among the first few to notice the option reappear perhaps.

I would guess that was just disclaimer (for lack of a better word) to give themselves some leeway. Maybe the 'ole "under promise, over deliver." I mean seriously, I think Sunday the whole Merge network hit close to 14k users online. How many skins? Several large ones other than Lock. How many extra checks are really being written on a daily basis? Plus, they're using courier service aparently. Either way, Kudos !!! 2-3 weeks for checks w/o a killer check fee is still WAY better than before obviously & seems to crush most competition's same service....at least for us Yanks.

yea, this is really nice, if this keeps up(i don't see why it can't after the recent DOJ announcement) it looks like Lock is winning!

14k players, plenty of games going off.. I was able to deposit from my debit(not naming bank, but pms possible) to lock without any dancing around and using western union to some phillipino guy.. was finally feeling normal again.. Please keep this up lock!

I'm just cautioning against overly optimistic expectations based on history. The courier by check option also had extremely quick withdrawals when it first became available in the past, but it slowed down heavily over time as more people started to use the option, until it eventually became 2+ months and was disabled. While there may not be many total users on Lock, its also fairly clear that they don't have very many employees either. I agree that 2-3 weeks is reasonable, and I would be thrilled if that was sustainable, but I think that its unrealistic to expect them to continue processing them as quick as they are currently(< 1wk). It is obviously awesome while it lasts though.

Cake is obviously running a ponzi scheme I just sent a check from the USA TO Australia and it took six business days normal mail. No way you should have to wait months unless company is screwed

I requested a cashout on sunday 1/29 on the casino side. Already processed 1/31 will update when check in hand and cleared.

2/1 WU requested,

Assumed this would all be very quick as they charge 10% per cashout. Submitted about 40 minutes ago, will post once it is processed. Rizen do you know estimated times for this? [Western Union]
