i just received my "check reimbursement" as a form of a restricted bonus but was told my account was credited, which is kind of true. it reflects in my balance that it is indeed in there but it does not reflect it in the balance that is available to withdrawal. i contacted support and have not heard anything about this yet.

I didn't do anything. I just don't think there is any reason to read into the speed of cashouts. They are coming. It's surely randomized and they're doing the best they can. Hang in there. I've gotten 9 checks from lock.

My understanding is that there is no play thru requirement and funds should be available for withdrawal in 4 days.

Withdraw on the poker side...the casino side has been shut down due to over use. I cashed out check on poker side end of last month and it got approved last friday so its taking like a month to get approved and should take less than a week to get it.
