It's not untouchable. Plenty of reliable people willing to cash out merge money in the transfer thread. Suck it up and pay the vig and have your money in hours not months. Just my two cents

but really how crazy is it that a company is still able to get business knowing that in order to get money out your gonna have to take a pretty heavy hit to your profits

its simple...it is the primary option right now for U.S. players. we just have to suck it up and wait for regulation or move out of the country in order to get on a real site like stars.

What other network has 10k players and nobody is playing above 5/10NL? (If you played higher than 5/10NL its -Ev situation for cashing out.)

I am pretty sure that they only give WU to outstanding cases. I had a check waiting for over 8weeks from the casino side. I waiting a long time. so i think that many people are not able to get the WU as there have not been that many cases that i have seen in this thread that they have given it to. i can only see a few that got the option. I guess i was luck. but dont withdrawl from the casino its not worth the wait.

Don't bother going through the client. Just use your web browser and go to lockcasino dot com and login with your Lock credentials. When you click Cashier you should see Deposit and Withdrawal options again. I just did so to confirm.

Is the Casino side even processing withdrawals at this point? I have been authorized since 9/30 and on the priority list, but I still don't have my check.

Paying the Vig is not the issue I/we pay it on every hand. The issue is if you win big consider there is another 10-15% fee because LOCK is not able to handle the process. Why would I consider playing here after have to pay a third party 10-15% to handle my money (if I see it at all) maybe LOCK has a side business buying there on money at 10-15% discount! Tidy profit me thinks MEXICO here I come

I contacted support about this a few days ago and they were helpful offering a Western Union transfer instead. Request was put through yesterday and I'll update when processed and received.

I don't know what your withdrawal amount was, but they have only been doing that for $800 or less. I have a max withdrawal from 8/28 that they haven't given me any help with

It has been seven weeks so far. Three weeks ago, I was placed on the "Priority List", but that doesn't really seem to have changed anything. This is pretty sad, honestly.

FYI - I put this in the other thread but payout times should go down significantly in the next 30 days. I can't go into specifics as there are 3-4 things in the works but due to the situation in the US things often change pretty quickly, so I don't want to mention any specific items and have them fall through (like the cash to card did). I do apologize that payouts have been taking significantly longer and I can assure everyone it is something that is being worked on as a top priority and everyone both at Lock and Merge are aware of it, and we should see times drop soon. I can't specifiy how much they'll drop because depending on what comes through it could vary. I'll give more info as specific items get finalized.
