Why on earth would you want to play on Lock if you're not from the US? Do you not realized you're allowed to play on Stars still?

After getting my account verified, I withdrew (back) to neteller and got the money pretty quickly, I forget exactly but wasn't more than a couple of days. Got absolutely raped by neteller with fees withdrawing from them to my bank but there ya go.
As the poster above me says though, if you're in the UK, there's a lot more sites to chose from. I'm also UK and signed up solely for the iPad2 promo earlier this summer (still waiting for the iPad obviously), whether I'd sign up now I don't know. There's a lot to like about Lock but the customer service is, Rizen aside, dreadful and the withdrawal problems/ever present DoJ threat don't exactly inspire confidence. As you can play pretty much anywhere, there's quite possibly a better option out there for you.

It doesn't show in history and like the entire Withdraw button is gone when I open lock casino now.. it's just Xfer from poker to casino window + a deposit button, before it also had a Withdraw button and I could click on that and it would show 1 Pending Withdraw, click that to see status... the Withdraw button isn't even there now though. It's just xfer poker account to casino and back prompt + a Deposit button.

Try logging out and back in.

oh yeah there we go working now after restarting again, completely new format etc. looks good.

got email on oct 20th that theres been delay on casino side and ive been put on priority list.

its like october 26th.

hopefully i get it soon so i can redeposit. it looks like a fun site to play on but goddamn im never cashing out on casino side again.

Not sure if I just missed it in earlier posts, does Merge/Lock only process payouts on Mondays? And can you cashout on poker and casino the same week? Are there fees on both or do they refund them? Thanks in advance for the help.

Lock sends out their "batches" of checks on Mondays, assuming there's no holiday. There is a fee for a check but if you email support they will refund that fee once a month.

The flat rakeback deal I have on Lock, just never deposited.

I am having this same issue too (only xfer and deposit button, no withdrawal button). Restarting the client doesn't help.

I use the separate Casino client and never have this issue. If you are getting to the casino from the Poker client I think if you x out the window and sign back in the withdrawal option will open up.

Wow thanks that solved it. The cashier is totally different when you do it that way.

ok so requested one on the casino side... on sept 4th. still no update since then. if my calculations are correct then thats a little over 7 weeks. So if it takes over 7 weeks to even get approved then there is no way im going to get this processed by next monday so it will go out on the next batch. therefore this is probly going to go over the 6-8week arrival period. I think i should be put on the priority list now that I have waited 7weeks without a update.

my conversation w lock -- 10/25/11:

I have been continuously lied to and ignored regarding a $3k check they have owed me since July. I have heard similar stories elsewhere. The customer service is awful and I am beginning to believe they are crooks. There is never someone available under the live chat option. I have tried at all times of the day and NEVER was engaged in a live chat. No one answers the phone and phone messages are not returned. Multiple emails can go weeks without being returned and may never be responded to.

Rizen what is the max that can be cashed out in the shortest amount of time possible. is it really only one $2500 check every 4-6 weeks? Can you request multiple checks in a shorter aount of time? how do i cashout heaaaaaaaaps. please get back asap anyone that knows

I 2nd that statement. I have done all of the above and to no avail. The only guy that responds at all is RIZEN or eric lynch and his statements are very vague, basically is good at giving the run around. I basically have come to realize he just knows how to master getting people to relax but he also has no idea what is going on over there .... I can say with 100% certainty that not everyone is on the same page over there at Lock. Their communication between themselves is awful and now communication to their affiliates has gone to crap too, no response at all to anything in over a month. It's like they have 1 person in support "Elle"....one guy on here that people seem to like to confide in "Rizen" and then one guy over at their affiliate program "Shane".......This site isn't going to be around for much longer if this crap keeps up.

Yes Ive heard from Elle a few times as well. It is all stall tactics and BS. I had one check that disappeared from the ledger for 2 weeks and after sending them one email per day for 10 days and finally threatening legal action they responded and claimed it was returned undelivered when there was never a delivery notice, tracking number, or second attempt to deliver. In reality it was never attempted because there is someone at my address 24/7.

I have taken to writing to some of the online publications about this. A VP from Bluff wrote me back saying he was shocked and was going to email the owner of Lock to see if this was true. I recommend anyone else sick of getting the run around from these crooks does the same to any and all online poker sites and mags.
