I would not suggest emailing support as they are certainly less competent than FTP support which is pretty sad!

Son hit it on his account! (i am never that lucky) I saw Rizen is out of town how do i contact Ebes? I want my son to cash out asquickly as possible it sure will help with tuition and I worry about another lock down

is there anyway you can cancel your casino check and switch it back over to the poker side. ive been waiting since sept 4th and ive seen people waiting since beginning of august for it to be processed. is there anyway to switch or is that out of the question?

That is outrageous. I've got a small one requested 9/9, and here I was thinking it ought to become processed here pretty soon.

Slippy--I doubt you'll be able to switch your casino check to the Merge (poker) side. I don't know for sure, but it seems like you'd probably have to cancel it and start all over (which still, sadly, might be faster than waiting on the casino side).

I would definitely PM Ebes(I think Rizen is still unavailable) about it if you haven't already. They seem to have priority list for people and contacting Ebes about it might speed things up.

The fact you even need to do this is ridiculous and the Priority list is beyond stupid, but this is how things seem to be working.

Requested thru poker side on 9/1....it said pending approval until today (10/3) it finally switched and says approved so I will keep posted when the check has made it back to daddy.

2-5 Business days for check delivery

That is the most current timeline that I am aware of.

Once your payout is processed and sent, the check fee will be refunded back to your account.

Please note that payouts are processed within 2-4 weeks. But our Cashier had informed me that your payout has been Authorized and will be included in the next check batch. This should occur in the next week or so. Thank you so much for your patience.
