Well the first thing I did was found this blog; so it looks like you are already one step ahead of where I was when mine bounced. I found Rizen and immediately sent him an email along with Locksupport. Ofcourse, support was negligent, but Rizen replied asking for a copy of the check that bounced. I obliged, and sent it out to him, Elle, and support. I did not hear back from anyone for 1 week so I sent a follow up email to everyone again. I eventually heard back from support and they told me that I would be reimburrsed once it was approved by the Cashier Manager. After this I waited a few days and when I did not get a response I emailed all three again and also wrote how dissapointed I was in the Lock on the forum.
Not to long after this I received an email from Elle saying that i should have recieved emails explaining that I would be fully reimbursed for all fees, deepest appoligies bla blah blah, and that a 1 time exception could be made for a withdrawal through a Person-person Money Withdrawal ( I guess I will not mention the companys name although it is very common and has 1000 of locations nationwide). Anyways after that a few more emails were exchanged (much more quickly this time, much to my pleasure) and within 24 hrs I had my $.
To sum it up, many emails will need to be exchanged; many of them will be ignored or forgotten about, that is, until you become enough of a neuisance to grab attention of the right people I suppose.
