i received a check from poker side on 9/15, it bounced 9/20. I received a replacement check today. Hope it doesn't bounce. Regardless I've been lied to every week for a month about when my casino side check will be sent. It has been in progress since 8/19.

Finally received my 8/1 casino side check just now from UPS, signature required. glad to know it's finally here after the third or 4th time they said the following batch/week
will update if it somehow bounces

A bounced check is a big inconvenience so I assume almost everyone who has had one bounce has got attention and help right away.

I can look into the 9/16 batch for you and see what I can find out. We are taking a few measures to quicken the cashouts on both sides so hopefully this isolated case was due to changes being implemented.

I am not at home right now. Good to see that others have had their checks come.

What does the UPS man do if no one answers the door? Same thing as FedEx? Leave a note?

Edit: just as i finished typing this, my roomate texted me saying "you got what appears to be a check from UPS"

Got check after 7+ weeks. Went to tilt my BR off at roulette after I cashed out vast majority. Quadrupled roll. Couldnt stop hittin 35-1 shots..... FML now my roll is too big too tilt away. Gotta cash out all over again.

I think Lock is in over its head. Poor management at all levels. I don't know a thing about the buisness side of poker. But it's my opinion that the people running lock dont either.

I finally got my casino check after 7 weeks also, really relieved. I'll update as well if bounces. Things need/have to get better, it seems like so much is just half-assed at times. It took 3 emails and nearly 11 days for support to respond back about something that was really important and other things have been ignored. Cashouts are definitely not due to a backlog and the "its a holiday we're not sending this week" is just terrible. Rizen is doing all he can, but things have to get better.

After hearing about checks bouncing I took .85 on the dollar and made a transfer. Small fee for getting paid in 3 days, imo.

I'm at about the same time waiting for casino check. Its listed as 'authorized' but apparently has yet to be mailed. I was told in an email about a week ago that "the next batch will be sent out in the next week or so" which seems to be their form response without actually having details to back up that timeframe. Stop blowing smoke up our asses and just tell us what's going on please. If its going to take 2 months, tell us once that it will take 2 months. Not 8 times that it will be "in the next week or so"

so took exactly 8 weeks. i know rizen mentioned they were looking for ways to speed things up and get the time frame back down to like 3 weeks. any word on that ebes or rizen? also, i think some people were confused like i was that when it is authorized it is being sent, but that isnt the case. it goes from authorized to in progress to processed, and then it is normally sent out that next monday and should arrive in 5-10 business days.

Well after posting the other day (I was fuming from lack of customer service), especially after my check bouncing 3 weeks ago, I have finally received my funds from Lock.
Its been about 8 weeks, a bounced check, and alot of stress since I first withdrew from Lock. If you look back a few posts, you will see I was convinced that Lock was no longer approving cashouts and we were going to pay the price. However, I did receive my funds and was credited all additional charges that were placed on my account by my bank when the check bounced.
Looks like I was wrong, and Lock is not negligent but just slow and very understaffed. That being said, it does seem like time for US players is running out though so goodluck everyone.

Well the first thing I did was found this blog; so it looks like you are already one step ahead of where I was when mine bounced. I found Rizen and immediately sent him an email along with Locksupport. Ofcourse, support was negligent, but Rizen replied asking for a copy of the check that bounced. I obliged, and sent it out to him, Elle, and support. I did not hear back from anyone for 1 week so I sent a follow up email to everyone again. I eventually heard back from support and they told me that I would be reimburrsed once it was approved by the Cashier Manager. After this I waited a few days and when I did not get a response I emailed all three again and also wrote how dissapointed I was in the Lock on the forum.
Not to long after this I received an email from Elle saying that i should have recieved emails explaining that I would be fully reimbursed for all fees, deepest appoligies bla blah blah, and that a 1 time exception could be made for a withdrawal through a Person-person Money Withdrawal ( I guess I will not mention the companys name although it is very common and has 1000 of locations nationwide). Anyways after that a few more emails were exchanged (much more quickly this time, much to my pleasure) and within 24 hrs I had my $.

To sum it up, many emails will need to be exchanged; many of them will be ignored or forgotten about, that is, until you become enough of a neuisance to grab attention of the right people I suppose.

i was going to do this, but it has been taking weeks for them to allow me to transfer. i've sent in all documents multiple times and now i'm not even getting a response from support. in the meantime, i clearly bust my roll. so standard of me.

I went to deposit the check into my bank account today and they put a hold 7 day hold on it. The lady asked like 4 questions as well. Thanks for putting Morningstar Party Supplies on it instead of something legitimate. Really hope it clears, if it does will be about a 9 week wait on the Casino Side until i have my money. Don't feel good with things bouncing.

I quit playing on Lock a few weeks back due to problems with cashing out and I decided to check back in on this thread. It's sad to see that the problems appear to have gotten even worse for players. For those of you trying to make a living playing poker...can you really do that when it takes 8 weeks to receive a check with a max of 3k? Better off working at McDonalds. Good luck to everyone still attempting to play on Lock, but they are acting way too much like FTP did prior to black friday.
