I verified my account earlier this week and have since tried twice to withdraw back to neteller which is how I deposited (I'm UK based). Both times the transaction has failed and I get the following:

Accompanying the first failure was an additional email from Merge customer service which said there was a error with the processor and I should just resubmit the withdrawal request and it would be fine. So that's what I did and of course it was declined again with a repeat of the email above.
This is the email I just sent them:

Why is it being declined??!! My account is verified but this is the 4th time. "unknown error" really isn't good enough.
Moneybookers or cash transfer aren't even listed as options on my withdrawal page anyway, although I don' t see why I can't withdraw back to neteller.
My confidence in your site is lessening all the time.
Please respond ASAP.
