Well I asked them to send the cashout care of my father because I would be at an unpredictable address. They actually sent it to him then he forwarded it to me. The ****ing idiots made the check out to my father. Jesus ****ing christ what now.

I used to play on merge post black friday and was a very high volume player. Eventually I got sick of waiting 1 month if not more for cashouts and moved overseas to get back on pokerstars. I'm coming back to America soon and looking for a site to play on and am sad to see the situation on merge is even worse than when I left it. This thread will be the reason I won't be playing on merge when I get back. I just want to make this clear to all the merge executives that think this thread is merely for customers who want to complain. This is affecting their future customers and their potential for future business.

I enquired about a withdraw from 3-30 and got this response

Thank you for your email. I can see that your withdrawal is nearing the end of our 8 week timeframe for Check withdrawals. You should be receiving this in the coming weeks.

You will receive an email very soon informing you that your withdrawal has completed and is on it's way to you.

i only checked back a few pages but havent seen anything about an 8 week timeframe

well, if you deposit using debit card. i can tell you pokerstars pay me the very next day actually in my bank!! why cant any other processors do the same. how players still even play on lock amazes me!

Didnt Shane say things would be better near June 1st? Isnt that in 2 days? I have been waiting 3 months and believe that I wont see a dime. Especially if there are people with multiple max payouts that are waiting. I keep getting response emails that look like they were written by a ******ed 3rd grader. You have a withdrawal. Erm.... submitted for a 1k check withdrawal from Intertops on Monday 5/27, received an email stating that it was processed/sent out yesterday 5/29..... casually received it today 5/30 via Fedex.

I typically like to be optimistic about Lock and their situation, but I honestly have no idea what could possibly make this process take 3-6 months..... no idea.

It's like a dam that's breaking guys. First the crack, a cashout or two come through, then more and more starting coming out. The pressure builds and builds and then LDJFLKSJDFIOJSDHBLBMAMMMMMMMM everyone gets paid all at once. I personally have faith in Lock. I have spoken to shane directly and he says nothing but good things. He seems like a nice guy. Why would someone lie on the internet?

We are just 2.5 hours from June 1st and little has improved. I believe it is time to stick a fork in Lock. Luckily my check isnt a max cashout or anything and my balance is low sorry for the ones with tens of thousands in their account.
