When I started playing Lock (July 1) I was pleasantly surprised by the timeliness of support. The first handful of queries I made were responded to very quickly, my verification went smoothly, etc. The past 3-4 weeks this hasn't been the case. And their player base has reached a plateau imo, so clearly the volume is not the deciding factor.
