The money is back in my account and WU is no longer an option for me.

Also have a check that I requested in September 4th, got email it was processed on October 5th, and still have not received that. Hopefully when I eventually get it on Christmas it will not bounce.
The WU processor just went down last night when the cashier team was processing some transactions through our secondary WU processor. They will push this through shortly for you.

The current timeframe we are seeing on some checks here is 6-8 weeks so it should arrive shortly.

I used the cash out by check a few times from Lock before the switch to Revolution and everything went smoothly. Checks came within the advertised timeframe, everything was easy-peasy. Now I'm a little distressed.

I requested a cash-out for roughly $2,300 on August 24th. It's now been over eight weeks, and I don't have the check. Customer service responds promptly to emails, but never gives any real information. I wrote to Rizen about 10 days ago and he referred me to someone named Liezl. Liezl said my check had been batched and was en route to my home. But...it's not here. I emailed them again on Thursday afternoon, but haven't heard back. All of my emails have been gracious, but I'm getting frustrated and have stopped playing on the site until my cash arrives.

I wonder if this is a new problem that hey have since the Revolution switch, or did I just get lucky before? Any advice from anyone?

Made a WU withdrawal request 9/16 took over a month to get it, and just went to WU and they say the name is completely wrong and they won't give me the 2k. On the 13th they said they are sending it to a faster processor, and then it was confirmed the other day. They must of done a new transaction with a different sender name and neglected to tell me.

College student relying on this for tuition, rent, and food so this is really screwing me over.

Support is lagging as usual, won't help me out.

Try another place and just give them the MTCN number or call WU yourself and give them the info and ask for the sender name

Can't. They need sender information and i just called WU and they said they aren't allowed to disclose any information. Even though the transfer is to me.

That sux man. I've been able to receive WU before with just the number and other times at same place they've asked for all the info. Try emailing Shane I guess. Good luck!!

I have been very patient so far, would like to have check in hand within the next couple days, and for the check to go through with my bank. What a ridiculous hassle to just get paid, I will never deposit money on this site again...

Support took care of this w/in 24 hours of contact and WU was successful. Good to see lock cs looking way better.

Received email saying payout was processed by JDB on Oct 5th and being shipped out VIA FedEx courier.

I've called FedEx every day since and they have assured me every single day that in fact nothing is scheduled to be delivered or has shipped out to my name or address since Oct 5th. I feel like Lock Poker just wants players to "go away" after they request a decent payout and avoid paying them because I had a great experience on this site up until I requested my payout, and since then its been nothing but problems. They ignore most of my emails and when they do respond my questions are never answered, and I get the same "Thanks for the email, I have forwarded your email to our cashier, but don't expect a response any time soon..." Crap.. I was really depending on getting my money by the end of the month to help with rent and bills, because I'm a broke ass college student. I pretty much make all my money playing poker, but i guess that's not going to happen :/

I was just told by someone in the "Cashier department" that there was a problem with a batch and that players should start seeing their checks arrive by the end of this week. But I'm going to assume the end of this week means by the end of next week. Good luck to everyone stressing about their funds. I hope every one gets their money by the end of the month. That would be nice. I really have enjoyed playing on Lock and hope to continue once this is taken care of

Requested Skrill cashout October 14th.
Received today.

A couple months ago it took just short of 2 months, so this is a big improvement.
If I were sure that I could count on a 2 week wait on a consistent basis, I would be playing at Lock much more regularly. Time will tell.

Update: Today marks 9 weeks since my cashout request. I received a nice email from someone at Lock telling me that there was a delay that was their fault, that my check would arrive soon, and that they were refunding my $25 check processing fee. The fee was immediately refunded and available in the casino account which I transferred to poker. We'll see if I get my check this week. I may be a dumb optimist, but I think it will come. I guess I think this because all of my previous cash-outs arrived in good time, even though those were pre-Revolution days earlier this year. But it does seem that people are eventually getting their cashouts. It's just taking longer and longer each time. From others on here, it seems like you're generally looking at 9 - 10 weeks. Which is pretty awful.

Anyway...we'll see if I get my check this week. I'll update when I do.

WU has been coming a lot quicker than checks, my last two have taken about 3 weeks from initial request to cash/check in hand. Not sure how long checks have been taking because I haven't been requesting them, but I know they are taking a lot longer than 3 weeks.
