question: lock allows one free WU withdrawal per month, is this by calender or 30 days from last withdrawal?

One month and 4 days and counting for a Skrill cashout. I'm in Canada. Lock Admin page says, 48 hours....mmmm....I think they're late.

Hope I can say " better late than never" one day, but I'm starting to think "never" is more likely. Atrocious customer service.

hmm really strange. got an email from JDB saying my WU was declined. looked at lock cashier and it says approved w/sender information.

Standard. It's how they process WU's, and has been discussed at length in this and the WU thread.

8/8 - Requested WU withdrawal
8/20 - Under Review
8/23 - Processed

Received Decline/Confirm emails like others have. Sender name/address shows in Transaction History, now just waiting on MTCN#.

Also, WU fee was refunded to poker balance without further request. I added a note to my cashout request for this, so recommend you all do that instead of waiting and then emailing for the refund.

It means it's processed. The initial decline happens due to a glitch in their WU processing flow where it kicks out of one processor and over to another, or something like that. All should be good.

i have a friend who is still waiting for WU withdrawel for over 3 weeks now

(( and in laslt 6 days,, no response from any emails either;.. are WU withdrawels,, really taking over a month now tho??? is this standard now???LOck seems to be getttin worse , not b etter tho,,I was just about to trade with a firend for some lock mony,, but i really dont think i want i t there now

You should have seen a second transaction approved into your history, this is just your transaction getting cancelled so it can be pushed through a different processor. Please email me your details if this didnt happen so I can take a look or if you have any other questions.

Also Shane why do they keep telling people their cash out is cancelled when it is getting approved? Seems like something that should be easy to fix by the company processing the WUs. I'm sure almost every person who gets the declined info is confused and then ends up emailing support which causes more back log and slower response times.

Its different companies thats why there is no message, its us cancelling it with one and pushing it through another processor to speed it up.

I requested a check on Aug 1st. Where can I see the status of my withdrawal request?

Before I was just clicking on deposit and then it would show me the pending withdrawal I had and tell me to cancel it if I want to deposit. Every time I checked there the status was "requested", but then a couple days ago it changed to "under review".

Now when I click deposit, the pending withdrawal screen doesn't come up. It just goes to the next screen to ask for my deposit. I assume the check hasn't been approved yet because I haven't gotten any e-mail about it so how can I check the status on it now?

I received a check a couple days ago after waiting 2 months. I tried cashing it at 2 banks but both rejected. I emailed support and attached a photo of the check. Any way you could speed up the process of getting me a valid check seeing as I already waited 2 months for my withdrawal to "process" only to receive an invalid check? thanks.
