going on 1 month for moneybookers who do i contact for this stuff?

5/20: requested check
6/3: received processed message
6/22: fedex attempted delivery while I was on vacation
6/26: tracked down check at Fed ex and mailed into my back
7/2: bank credited then debited check
7/3: called bank, they said international checks now go on hold for 7-15 business days to process (this is new as I've processed international checks several times this year)
7/6: check processed by bank, yippee!!
7/7: spent all my money on hookers and blow

as far as support, I haven't had any problems getting a response from Rizen when I've had something critical to ask. I suggest that we reserve requests to Shane and Rizen only for critical actions so they don't get overwhelmed with emails.

just received a withdrawal via wu in Az last month. i've heard in the past that there is a $450 limit to wu transactions in this state tho. so try less than 450 next time

day 18 looks like it should come today tomorrow or wed based on average heres hoping


has anyone had any experience with signing over the checks to another party i have no bank account so that is what i will most likely do

I got email today that said it was declined, but checked my cashier and it said it was proccessed and for me to check back occassionaly for mtc # so i can go pick up my loot. Also i had the $200 charge for western union fee back in my poker account since it was my first one of the month. Is this standard? When should i be getting the mtc#?

That's a nice theory. However this was back in March when the limit was $250, which is what I requested.

Maybe it will work now for $450. If I can ever get my previous check processed.

I'm not surprised about the hold on international checks now....the current banking situation in the foreign markets is unstable

Anyone knows how long a whithdrawal takes via Skrill(moneybookers)?

Wtf is with this $3k cashout limit? Isn't that really low?

with bigger amounts, look to sell your money in the marketplace here on 2+2. with a 3k limit on checks you could probably get 3k off in about 6 weeks total, or you can do $2k 3x during the same amount of time through western union. using either of these methods and the marketplace you can move almost any amount you wish

I keep hearing their checks are supposed to speed up again but my last one took 7 weeks and this one looks like it's heading in that direction.

I saw shane post there was supposed to be new VIP $7,500 check option also by July 1 but I guess that's not happening anymore??

good to hear, AFAIK zero checks have BOUNCED from the huge batch everyone got 6/18ish. Some banks haven't honored, but no problems posted here on 2+2. Reassuring.

Too many players complaining. Even when you see that someone received a check, it ended up bouncing! Yeah, a few of the 2p2ers are going to be paid but it is few and far between imho!. Keeps those other persons depositing, the one's waiting for their checks hopeful, and the ship from sinking (temporarily).

Even if you see that some people are actually getting paid, there are many many more not receiving a penny.

I think Eric and Shame are legit. They really tried and they were trying the best they could! They are in this nightmare too guys! I feel sorry for them as I think their employment days are numbered! The number of emails they are receiving has got to be in the hundreds (every single day)!

It is the upper management that is failing us. They didn't have the ability to develop the Revolution Gaming Network. They didn't have the funds , and they didn't have the right software engineers on their team. I am afraid that they cannot right this ship!

Sorry to be so pessimistic here but this smells rotten! See my post on the Eric and Shane Thread! I am not your usual "the Sky is Falling" type of guy! my post #'s are piddly. But I have been through the wringer and avoided the scams, the bad online sites that failed, and was never screwed by an online poker site in 15 years (until now)!

Ten years at poker stars and not once did I have to wait for a response from support, a failed transaction, or a VPIP item not being delivered in a timely fashion. It smells like they are using new customer deposits to pay for their expenses as well as getting a few withdrawals processed here and there!

Now I see that there are software glitches everywhere. That checks are bouncing! Deposits are not making into accounts although they are receiving the money from the credit card companies! The site is also experiencing down times, and tournaments can't make it through to the end!

I am only going to lose $300.00 as a result of this tragedy! I feel sorry for those who were depending on that money in order to eat! I hate to say don't deposit as that might be the only way this site survives (if it really is legitimate they cannot continue without new players joining). Add to this the fact that everyone is getting frustrated and disgusted and they will lose any remaining players from even attempting to play at the site and requesting account withdrawals!

I FEEL EVERYONE'S PAIN! Please note that I am not employed by any gaming revenue site, I do not own any sharers of any gaming site, and I am glad I am not at any other site at this time as an online poker player!

I started to do a WU withdrawal. Heard here that you get 1 free withdrawal per month. It says that on the Lock withdrawal screen too, but it says a 10% processing fee. Is that right? Should I pay the fee? Is there a fee for checks too? Do checks take 2 months? If the check is only for $500 or so does it take that long?

it charges 10% for WU and you get reimbursed for it.

the amount you request for in a check has no bearing on how long it takes. expect 4-6 weeks appx though you might get it quicker or you might have issues.

OK, then I will go ahead with the withdrawal. How do you get reimbursed for it?

Not sure if it is automatic or you have to email support@lockpoker.eu. I usually od checks but i submitted one two days ago so I'll find out
