this is great news guys...a lot of problems still but knowing everyone receiving checks puts my dooms day thinking to rest. lock will be rocking by the end of summer
Is it appropriate to post Cake Poker cashout attempts here as well since cake and lock are now on the same revolution gaming network? Apologies in advance if it is not.
I've now been waiting 5 months for a check cashout from cake. I emailed them at 3.5 months to see if I should be concerned and they apologized and told me it was simply a waiting game.
FWIW, I've had a cake account for a number of years now and never had a problem w/d'ing, but this is my first cashout attempt from them since black friday.
As the other guys mentioned the cashiers are completely separate, but if you send me an email I can pass it over to the Cake team.
i requested mine 5/16 it was processed on 6/2 so hopefully its this batch of checks coming! ill let yall know when i receive my check and my 2k WU cash out i requested yesterday 6/18
Requested another WU cashout on 6/17 for more than the $350 max and it went through!!!! Hopefully this means that they've switched to the new WU processor and we will have 2k max and two free cashouts per month....

wait - you are just now receiving your WU withdrawal from 6/4???? I thought these things were like a next day kind of thing? What is the time frame right now on Western Union??? Anybody? If the answer is coming from Lock, PLEASE no BS answers, under delivering and over promising have been an issue for Lock since I can remember.....
I made a bank wire cashout on Lock poker on 2/29/12 and haven't heard anything about it since. This is despite constant attempts to contact Rizen (a lock pro), Shane (a lock support rep) and the lock support email. Has anyone had a similar problem and/or found a solution or way of finding anything out?

Todays the day you said the checks start sending. Do they come fedex or standard mail? Are we getting tracking numbers? I'm excited to see this check and will post when received.
my 3/1 bank wire $ was returned to my lock account on 5/19
lock support said there were issues with many of the bank wires so the solution was to simply return the funds to my lock account so i could request a check. I believe the wire option was also removed from the cashier moving forward.
you need to reach out to shane again about your bank transfer, i doubt you will ever get it, you need to get the $ returned to your lock account so you can get a paper check or use WU
shane was usually pretty responsive to me and helped finally get this resolved
