It doesn't seem like they're able to process withdrawals. I would advise against depositing there. Posting this so others understand if you deposit you risk being in the position that I'm in right now, not knowing if I'll get that money back. This was a poker side cashout I'm sure, which means Merge processed it
not Lock. Merge has been slammed since BF which is why they stopped taking new US players. They had been running 4-8 week backlog on payouts, which is why Lock's casino cashout option was so attractive. So your complaints against Lock are unfounded -- Lock was paying out from their casino when Merge wasn't paying anybody at all.
Now that Merge is catching up and Lock has been getting slammed on the casino side, they're converging on their payout timelines. But I'd much rather have a check than a debit card, so I'll continue with casino checks while they're available. Plus there have been reports of Merge checks bouncing and debit cards not working.
This is a good example of a downside of being a skin. The upside is that no rogue skin can run off with player funds since the network handles the money, but the downside is when the network screws up, the skins get blamed unfairly. Based on my experience with Lock so far, I'd much rather be cashing out through their casino than through Merge, at least until Merge gets their issues straightened out.
