Can you please tell me what is going on with the $250 bank wire I requested in February? I understand something came up but this is not cool. You guys don't even email me back most of the time. I am getting very upset because last thing that you guys said I was supposed to get it last month. Now you don't even email me back. I haven't been sending a ton of emails either. But when you guys say I will get it this week I am going to have to email you back when I don't get it. Right? What is going on is all I ask. I understand If I have to wait but It really looks like you guys aren't going to pay me at all. Can you please guarantee I will get my $250 at least and I will try to leave you alone and be patient.

I contacted support earlier about having the fee from my first cashout this month refunded. They replied saying it would be put into my account. I just checked and the $25 was refunded to me as a bonus with a play-through requirement rather than $25 cash like it had been in the past.

Is this standard now? Lock says they will refund your first cashout fee of the month. Giving a bonus is not a refund at all, and this is not how it was done in previous months.
