Alrighty.. was hoping mine woulda gone out yesterday. Will there be another batch this week that you know of?

Here's my update:

7/19 Requested
7/26 Authorized
7/31 In Progress
8/9 Still 'In Progress'

Was told on July 31st it would go out August 1st.. then was told August 2nd it would go out August 8th. Still hasn't gone out yet.. Next week pleeease!

i put in a request to withdraw via moneybookers through casino side and it rejected but i was not told why ? can you explain rizen?

Does the 'one free check per month' go strictly on when you request it? If I request in August but it doesn't get processed/sent out until September, can I request another for free in September?

Have either of you asked support what the delay is? These are both outside of what is currently the 'normal' window for this. I don't have individual access to check on the status of either one, but with username/e-mail addresses (via PM or e-mail) I'd be happy to follow up on them for you, or if you contact support (support@lockpoker.com) and CC me (rizen@lockpoker.com) I can follow up that way as well.

Should go by request date. I've had one person run into some issues with this but I've asked the policy to go by request date since users cannot control when they are actually shipped.

Check from 7/24 is still "requested", seems like it should have at least moved to authorized now.

What does this mean? Cashout was approved 2 weeks ago yesterday I logged-in to see that my funds were "incorrectly approved" and the following message was the response to my inquiry:

Dear S----l -----n,

Thank you for contacting us.

We are sorry for any inconvenience; however because of unforced circumstances our processors were not able to send you these funds. Therefore as soon as they return these funds to us we have credit your account.
Finally, we have mark your pending cash out (transaction ID #4----8) for $x as priority and will be send out as soon as possible.

We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter. Your reference ID for this email is LTK572--------X; please quote this number in any further communication on this subject.

We have been notified by the processor that due to technical problems they are having difficulties regarding issuing cards, activating cards and loading card balances. We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by this.

As they cannot give us a reasonable timeframe for when these problems will be resolved, we have cancelled the order with them and you will see that the funds have been redeposited to your V-Chip balance. Please feel free to request another withdrawal and we will prioritize this for you.

If you need any additional help or assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. Again, please accept our apologies and rest assured that we are working to avoid these type of problems arising in the future.

Yes, Im from USA. As far as fastest way to cashout, I think that Merge is almost as fast as Lock Casino, at least from what i have read in the Merge WD thread. Ive only used the Casino cashout, but will start using the poker side as well soon.

ok so you transfer your funds to the casino side and then cash it out? you get checks or gift card visas?

Since casino checks started i'm only aware of one other check that was ever declined and it was re-issued immediately.

Just a public thanks for working with me and helping me out. My bounced check funds were refunded to me and I was able to withdraw again smoothly.
