Today, Eric Lynch got involved. He asked support about my situation and CC'ed me on it. Thanks to the guys who are trying to get some answers.
Also, support sounds so vague.
Elle told me on 3/22 that my vault had been reset, yet I still cannot access those funds.
Quinn told me on 3/9 that my 2/15 check was approved on 3/1 and "is on its way out to you. delivery" I was told to wait 5-10 business days. Nothing.
Also, my recent WU is taking longer than it did before.
