Bank Transfer Req 2/29. Processed 3/1. Nothing in my bank account. I've emailed Shane and PMed here and no response to either. Lovely. I've only sent 1 email to support because I didn't want to bog them down. No response to that email either. What a joke.

They will send you an e-mail with a confirmation number and some other stuff. Write it down, go to the grocery store and you can pick it up at the customer service desk.

Finally received my march 1 bank transfer. It took a month. 15 wire fee and an additional 5 dollas was shorted from my wire...

So crazy how sometimes support just will not answer. I have been emailing them all month and have never had to wait more than 48 hrs for a reply. So obv yours is just a situation they are purposely avoiding.

Here guys try this email instead support@lockcasino.com. The worst response time i have ever got from this email team was like 30 hours. Everyone bogs up the other support email

Its to the point where I don't even want to waste my time anymore. I'm just going to assume my bank transfer got lost somewhere in space and I'll never see my money.

Two questions:

1. Where is the wire transfer option? How much does it cost to use it?

2. What is the fee for using the check option? Do I pay for each of them or is one of them per month free?

Today, Eric Lynch got involved. He asked support about my situation and CC'ed me on it. Thanks to the guys who are trying to get some answers.

Also, support sounds so vague.

Elle told me on 3/22 that my vault had been reset, yet I still cannot access those funds.

Quinn told me on 3/9 that my 2/15 check was approved on 3/1 and "is on its way out to you. delivery" I was told to wait 5-10 business days. Nothing.

Also, my recent WU is taking longer than it did before.

Penelope from support took care of the problem for me. My funds were transfered back into my account. Issue finally resolved.
