Requested 2 $3k checks on 6/18 and 6/25.. both processed 7/14.. recevied both today finally 1 was for $3,000.04 and 1 for $3,000.21.. thanks lock poker for the $.25 interest haha.. requested another $3k check on 7/15 and it finally processed yesterday 8/16 so i guess i got another month till i get that 1 lol

at least it looks like everyone is getting their money so thats good.. i was definately a little nervous and kept emailing to get my last check canceled since it hadn't processed yet but they never answered me or canceled it and it finally processed yesterday

i received a check in april that bounced and am still being dicked around about getting a replacement. i was told in june that it would be at my house in a week. they requested me to send them a screenshot of the bounced check which i did june 5th. i have been communicating with shane and rizen who have both been trying to get something done. just today i finally get an email and the support team tells me to send them another picture. this all started in april... i was charged by my bank for check bouncing which of course lock said they would reimburse, this is ridiculous to be waiting this long and then to be repeatedly told me send a picture of the check. do they keep records? this check was for 1827 dollars and it has been 5 months since it bounced. i am so sick of dealing with this. you can find the old post on here of shane telling me it will be here in a week too. ridiculous, i want my money!

Sucks you have to wait this long. Stay persistant. Your most likely jumping through extra hoops because of this all happening right before the network change.

I agree. The way this site has been operating is completely unacceptable imo, which is why i'm currently boycotting it and advise all other players to do the same.

went to deposit my checks yesterday in my wells fargo account and since the checks r from a canadian bank they have to go through collections to get the money before it goes into my account.. 4 to 10 more weeks lol this is ridiculous after waiting 2 months already to get the checks.. so i took it accross the street to western union 1st but they couldn't cash them either

Lock cash outs and "support" are a complete joke (though I don't think I'm telling anyone anything they don't already know). Made a cash out request for 3k earlier in the year and got a check about a month later. However, made a 1500 cash out request on July 11 and it has not even been "approved" yet. When you send support an email, they just respond with the same generic message each time - "Thanks for your email - it takes 3-4 weeks for your request to be processed" -- obvious BS since the request was made 6 weeks ago. Any legit business with this level of customer service would have been out of business long ago. Again, I know from reviewing 2+2 that everyone is having similar problems, but I just need to vent my frustration since no one at Lock seems to care.

How about WU payments? I made one a month ago and it was processed quickly, but my most recent one is still under "requested" status, and that was about two weeks ago. Gave up on requesting checks, too many issues. Has neone had any issues with the WU in the past couple weeks.

Does anyone know why intertops poker cash outs only take two weeks and yet lock poker takes upwards of 1-2 months for a check cash out. Intertops was part of the cake network when Lock bought it so I would think that Lock would talk to other skins on the network it owns on how to get better customer support and faster withdrawals.

This happened to me too. I requested a check on 7/10 (posted in here). After a month passed I started regularly checking on when the check was processed. As of a few days ago is also disappeared from my history.

I emailed Emily twice, but she never emailed me back.

Agreed. WU in the past has always taken about 2 weeks to receive. Now my latest one has been "Requested" for 12 days now. Can't believe the way they run their site.

Question for anyone:

Requested 08/06 still processing and last time I checked it was requested and would not let me deposit.

Now when I go to the deposit screen it "allows" me to type in my info? Does that means the approval is coming?

This whole cashout thread is VERY concerning. I have only placed a small amount of funds on the site, but am building it into a good working roll. I *do* expect to want to start cashing out chunks to add to my live roll and for other reasons.

But 6 weeks to get a check? That's terrible.

If LOCK is to survive, they need to get PROACTIVE on this issue ASAP.

THe number of people coming into tables and making observer chat, talking about how LOCK is a scam and they cant get their funds is very disconcerting.

Can anyone tell me what I'm missing here?
When I go the the Admin page and click on reports it shows all my buy-ins, winnings, losses, etc., but does not show any of my deposits or withdrawals. I thought this information was supposed to be there?
Under the "History" page in Cashier it shows my deposits and withdrawals but that is shrinking now too with the last thing on the list was the notice that my Moneybookers Withdrawal Approved! Everything before that has dissappeared. One more line dissappears and there is no record of my payout request.

Any help or explanation would be appreciated.

Ok, just checked again and the WU payout requested 8/8 has changed to "Authorized". Hopefully will have the pickup code in the next couple days.

After 5 months of trying to get a bounced check issue resolved this terrible site finally put the money backin my account. This is the worst site I've ever dealt with in my life. They are truly awful. I don't recommend anyone to put their money on this site. Now I just have to sell the money because you can't even cash thier fraudulent checks and they take months to get back to you on anything so I get to sell the money for .85 now. Lock poker is garbage
