Naw, he's preety much right. Check are pretty much a hassle as well. My PMs must be ending up where ever my check is because according to by inbox I sent you my email address and my Lock username on 03-29-2012 at 08:43 PM. IDK?
BTW, after having several people at Lock try and offer different fixes, no one at Lock can seem to tell me why I do not have access to my Vault even after they have reset it twice. Then thing tells me to set up a PIN and then tells me it is invalid.
