Got a check yesterday that took under a week. Going on four weeks for my bank transfer.

Got this email on Friday:

Hi There,

Our cashier has informed us that your funds should be in your bank account by the end of today, or Monday. Our sincerest apologies for the delay and thank you so much for all your patience.

Moving forward please note the time frame for bank transfers will be 2-5 business days.

I have also issued you an $11 ticket for this inconvenience. Have a great weekend.

Today is Tuesday and the money has still not hit my account. My transfer was "processed" on 2/26.

Hey, guys! when i requested my check for 1,000, they sent me a check for 975.26 and so i emailed them they said they would reimburse my $25, which they did i guess? They said check the bonus section. So i just did.. i went to bonus section, thinking there would be a button or something for me to click to add the 25 bucks back to my account, but there isn't.. it just says bonus name-payout fee and awarded-25.00... How do i get these funds in to account/cashier? I don't understand.. Thanks guys!

Just wanted to update everybody--

After having bounced a check nearly a month ago, Lock has finally completed my 2nd WU transfer for the remainder of my balance, in addition to the extra $100 they gave me for my trouble (and another $12 they gave me to reimburse me for the fee from my bank for the bounced check.)

So yes, Lock did bounce a check, but they did right by me and got me all the money back plus extra for the trouble. So they're legit, in case anyone out there is in the same situation and wondering if they'll ever get the money--you will. It may take a while, and you may have to keep harassing them about it for them to get to you, but you'll get your money.

Lastly, I just wanted to extend a special thanks to Rizen for repeatedly bugging Lock support to get my requests resolved. Without his help I'd probably still be waiting for them to get around to responding to me. Thanks man.

FWIW, don't you think Lock would love to pay you as fast as possible?

They probably are as pissed as you that the BTs are taking so long. Their problem is giving timelines that are too generous (although their checks seems to be under 2 weeks now). They should work out the bugs and then give timetables.

And I'm waiting on one from the 2/25.

Got an email from support finally saying they had some "unexpected" delays and should see my money by weeks end....and to answer ur question...no I don't think lock would like to pay me as fast as possible...if they did they would answer everyone's email and find an alternate way to pay the people who have been waiting weeks....let's see by "end of week" if I'm paid

Well don't offer wires if they are going yo be slower than checks...stick with what works...I would have already been paid seems to me....ya i know the state of poker...there customer service sucks...90 percent if the players are USA players...give us answers not some bs that's all...I have no soft spots for them since they took my money now are taking forever to pay...its even worse when people get wires before I do and processed sooner

Love the people defending lock like they are doing all the can to pay us...come on bruh take it easy...they are out to make money just like u...think they genually care about us? Prob not...ya ill prob get paid but do u think they care when...they know I will get paid and when it comes it comes...in the mean time they will send generic messages too all those waiting giving us false hopes of when we will see it...

Well I might wait 8 weeks for this bank wire...I'm just pissed that's all...I want my money a sick of the run around...some are getting wires some are not makes no sense and they should get answers as to why that is I don't wanna be the one waiting weeks and weeks

my bank wire got "processed" on 3/1 so technically it hasn't been 10 biddness days. Hoping to see it soon. I'll keep you guys updated.

You must be new here, the checks are gonna be short for now. Then get longer, than back to short. Your best bet is to bank wire unless you see people having success with checks quickly.

YoungApollo, suspected scammer, was just banned for random emailing for trades.

Scammers continue to read these threads and hit up frustrated posters.

I haven't received my WU from 2/19 either. It's been almost a month now which is pretty gross for WU.

also waiting for transfer from 26th.. also still nothing.. have written to lock support.. nothing..Rizen wrote on my behalf to lock support.. still nothing... ..

They also told me to expect it by last weeks week ending.. nothing...

Please get us some info on bank transfers? Really sucks this is happening during the Max Series but I am not even sure I want to play them if I can't get my money. Please get us some facts. I don't care if they say 21 days or whatever. A timeline is all we need.
