For me I don't have a problem with waiting.

I just wish they would say the real time frames. Don't try to be optimistic, error on the side of caution.

I think most of the backlash is because they have exceeded the time frames their reps, emails, etc were giving us.

Actually I have quite a bit on Lock BRAH, if you had any kind of brain you would realize that BANKS AREN'T HELPING IN THIS CURRENT LEGAL CLIMATE. That's just the price you pay for playing online these days.

Take a ****ing chill pill it has been 2 ****ing days since you have been approved. Stars couldn't even get you money in 2 days when they were around. Obv it sucks having lots of cash tied up but ****ing deal with it dude, it's a risk you signed up for

Still waiting on my WU cashout that I requested on the 18th. It has been "In Progress" since the 21st.

2 e-mails to support have gone unanswered.

Really tilting when I see people requesting WU after me, that have already received their money (no offense to those people obv, it's out of their control)

I transferred $250 to the casino side (as directed by cashier) and completed the process of requesting a Western Union Withdrawal. At the time, it redirected me to a screen indicating the request had gone through. Unfortunately there is no record of my pending cashout or anything, and my $250 is currently nowhere to be found. I sent 2 emails to customer support starting this morning (14 hours ago) and have received no contact back. My $250 is vanished with no record of it being withdrawn and no response from support = not cool. Help?

Serious issue: I have sent 3 emails to customer support in the last 4 days, 2 of which pertain to a $250 W.U. Withdrawal that were sent early this morning and I haven't received any responses whatsoever. I have $250 (really $275) that is nowhere to be found and can't get in touch with Lock. Very concerned.

Had a check approved 2/19. I received and deposited it today.
I will keep you updated on the checks status (whether it clears or not). Also I noticed that the check I received is different than the other checks I have gotten in the past. I'm sure this is due to a change in the payment processor. Lastly, I requested a bank wire today that I will as well keep you updated on.

has anyone else used the bank transfer cashout option? i requested bank transfer 2/27. have yet to get any type of confirmation about the withdrawal being approved. is this standard? can someone fill me in on their attempts to cashout via bank transfer? thank you

This is good news that people are receiving checks today. My check was processed 2/6, before all of you, and I am still yet to receive it. I'm not mad or upset or anything, and I'll be happy if it's here by Friday or Saturday. I emailed support last week and they said to expect it this week. Hopefully that comes to fruition.

i requested one on the 27th and it was processed yesterday... not sure when ill get the money though
