sept 23- still waiting

so going on 7+ weeks and still dont have it, despite rizen trying to help me out. ive been told a couple times it would be in the next batch. seeing as how its friday and they dont normally arrive on the weekend its looking like its gonna take at least 8 weeks, which is unacceptable. its gotten to the point where i have to trade my money for cash at .85 on the dollar bc checks r taking months. might be time to switch sites

Nothing here either. It seems that checks processed 9/16 are mia. Hopefully will have it by this time next week.

i got mine that i requested on 8/1 around the 25th of the same month. i have one i requested on 9/1 and i was told it would be in the next batch of checks...a week ago.

Well, it seems that there are at least three others who had checks requested on or within a day or two of mine and they were all processed on 9/16. They seem to still be waiting as well.

Was this casino? I'm waiting on Casino side.

Mine was In Process on 9/11 and the pending transaction disappeared a couple of days ago. Because it disappeared, does that mean that I should expect to receive it shortly?

Received my poker side check in less than three weeks, but yeah same here guys was told the ****ing week before labor day that my casino check would be sent out in the next batch by support Elle, still yet to receive it or have it on its way.

Elle told me the same thing for the last 5+ weeks. "next batch"

"I wrote her an email asking the following.
1. You have not sent out any check in over 3 weeks?
2. Once again you are full of ****?

Due to the holiday last Monday, a batch was not sent. But your request is included in the next batch that should occur early next week.

Making comments such as "Once again your full of ****." does not help anyone. The current payout timeframe is 2-4 weeks. This is due to the recent climate and increase in volume. Thanks for your patience.

2-4 weeks is not the time frame. I can say that with confidence.

I personally do not mind the cashout waits THAT MUCH, since I somewhat understand how these things work. What I mind is the lack of straightforwardness. If the cashouts are going to take 4-7 weeks, tell your players (or at the very least, tell the players on 2+2) so that they can take alternative measures. Maybe instead of cashing out $3000, somebody will cashout $2500 and sell $500 in the p2p threads, so that they can pay bills and stuff. Telling somebody it's going to be 3 weeks and then it ends up being 7 is not going to inspire confidence.

So I do understand where you're coming from bro.

should I just assume that those of us who have had checks bounce will not be reimbursed? Two weeks ago I sent you the scanned attachments that you and Elle asked for. Since then, I have sent two follow up emails and no response.

Well

I just sent rizen an email and it appears he is "out of office" until october 10th... I am no longer expecting to be receive my 2nd check from lock (my first one bounced), i am convinced that reps are calling it quits

I finally had my check processed from casino side after 7 weeks and recieved an email saying it was being sent. usually after receiving this email i get the check in a couple days. now its 10 business days and still no check. anyone else have to wait this long??

when I use a bonus code for 1st time deposit. Do I have to earn X amount of points before I can cash out? Say I deposit 1k and lose $700 after 100 hands can I cashout my last $300?

Ebes, can't you just tell us what's going on? Several people have reported the same problem in this thread-cashouts process on 9-16 never being received. Just say what happened.

if these don't come by end of this week will definitely be discontinuing my play at lock. those issues along with checks bouncing, close to 0 customer support on any issues altogether(unless i want to know how something about how fpps work then i get quick email!), and now rizen is on another holiday for 2 weeks while all of this is happening. this wouldn't be that much of an issue other than he seems to be the only one from lock to actually be able to answer any questions.

So not only are withdrawals taking more than two months but some checks are bouncing as well and not being taken care of? How many others are having that problem? Makes me less and less excited to play on Lock. Though losing me wouldn't be much of a hit, it seems like the things that are bothering me would be that much more annoying to higher stakes pros/rec players and multitablers who contribute more rake. I hate the idea of people (including me) waiting so long for their money and then having the check bounce. I can understand the wait time, I suppose. It can't be very easy processing payments to US players, but if they're bouncing as well...

You are free to cashout whenever, you bonus WILL stay active as well.

I think bounced checks have been a very isolated event. We introduced casino checks months ago and with more than 1,000 of them sent out I know there has been less than a handful that have bounced.

A bounced check is a big inconvenience so I assume almost everyone who has had one bounce has got attention and help right away.

If there is anyone else with a bounced check, just PM me your info and I will get on it ASAP.

I can look into the 9/16 batch for you and see what I can find out. We are taking a few measures to quicken the cashouts on both sides so hopefully this isolated case was due to changes being implemented.
