Yeah, you should have no problem at all making another request. Another thing you can do is make a request from both the poker side and casino side and see how that works for you. If you have any problems feel free to PM me and I will get you some help.

Is my check considered an August check or a July check. I already received my $25 for another check in July. This check was requested on July 19th and processed August 1st. Should I email for my refund or wait until the next check?

News to me that they refund the $25 cashout fee. Do you have to specifically request a refund, or do they do it automatically?

You have to email them, and then they put it back in your casino acct.

I made a withdraw though the casino side on 7/24 and am hoping that I'll have a check in hand no later than 8/17 as I'm moving.

The way it was explained to me is it is by request date, but I've seen a few support answers where they've credited it based on processing date. Honestly I would send the e-mail and ask for it anyways.

I've been really pushing that we consistently do it by request date, as that is something the user can control so they can plan their 'free' checks, so if you get turned down you can blame me

I completely agree with you. I think it should be based on request date, but I will follow up with an email.

Check 'In progress' for about a week now. My check did not go out yesterday (Monday the 1st). Is monday the only day checks go out? Or will another batch be sent out later this week? Thanks in advance to whoever responds

How about you just get rid of the processing fee...at least for the first one where you would get refunded anyways? Most people don't know about getting a refund and it's a hassle to do it even if you do know about it. Also, has there be any talk about Black and Elite levels getting free checks (with no limit)? Or maybe quicker processing for these players?

Checks do go out on Mondays, some weeks we run a second batch, depends on the week. Monday is the only day they always are supposed to go out.

And yes, I'll follow up regarding the VIP program. I know we wanted to make it so higher VIP levels get multiple free checks.

Until we take over the cashier for ourselves (even the casino side is a shared cashier as it is part of a network, we just have A LOT more control over it) we can't just remove the fees. At some point we may have our own cashier, at which point we will have more control over that, in the mean time we have to use a workaround.

No, is it casino or poker side? does it still show up in your cashier or do you have to go to the history to see it?

Did it through casino. It now says "0 pending payouts," so I probably have to track through the history to see it. I still have my confirmation email that says "PAYOUT PROCESSED"

You will have the check by the end of the week. This means it was sent out yesterday.

Reqested>authorized>processed>in progress

Thanks, I hope so. It said it was processed on 7/19 though, and Rizen already said this isn't normal. My other cashouts didn't remain in the "processed" phase this long.

I'd be surprised if you didn't get it.

When its gone that means it has been sent out. Thats what i've found to be the case from my previous two checks.

WTF my cashout from the 19july has been cancelled (casino side)... and i have not even reveiced a email for it, that would give a reason why....

WTF IS WRONG WITH THAT COMPANY

Have you verified your account? You have to do it on the casino side and the poker side.

For example, you can not get verified on the poker side and then try to cash out on the casino side.

Not true. I verified on the poker side months ago. I've never verified on the casino side, and cashed out with a courier check last month.

As I mentioned, I didn't need to verify twice, but I can understand why it might be assumed (and possibly required for some people).

The poker side uses the Merge cashier, and if I'm not mistaken, they set the verification policy. The casino side uses a different cashier (as Rizen mentioned, another network) so it would not be unreasonable to believe they could have their own verification policy and would not have any visibility into the Merge verification.

That said, I wasn't asked to verify at the casino. But I wouldn't have been terribly surprised if they said so.
