July 1st requested cashout via casino transfered from poker room, Under pending cashouts it says Authorized as of a week now, When can I expect this to get to me?

I did this as a test cashout for my first one, for only 100$.

But wish to cashout $2,000 now cause im kinda getting cash in pocket short, how long once it says Authorized ? Does it take to get to me?

From time of request to check in hand ~7days total.

I sent an email to support to ask them to refund my ck processing fee and they sent me an email stating that my withdrawal (the one I received from Fed Ex today) had been authorized.

Rizen and the check processing team seems to be doing a great job but support remains really clueless not essentially not helpful at all.

Requested another ck today (7-21).

I transferred the amount I wanted to cash out from the poker room to the casino and requested the cash-out...check by courier. The below post does give me confidence, which I had none of prior to reading it. It wasn't because it's been too long or anything. But I've emailed Lock 3 times and received literally no reply...first email dating back to the 16th. I've emailed the casino once and the poker room twice. I've used both the support email directly linked from the client as well as just a standard email from my email address. This has obviously got me a bit scared. I'm glad to see that RunyonAve's request was processed so long after his request. Today would be the day mine would be processed if it followed the same time frame as his/hers.

I suppose my question revolves around why I'm getting zero response from casino support or poker support. That's what got me more sketched out than anything else. Thank you.

They are overwhelmed. If you have a real issue talk to Rizen. Also, make sure you have your security documents in. I can confirm quick courier checks withdrawals do actually happen.

Thx. I had all those in and approved prior to depositing, so I will wait patiently. Appreciate the feedback.

Not a max per month, but $3k/check on the casino side, $2500 on the poker side. For people that have ewallets available to them (ie non-US) the limits are much higher.

Feel free to forward any correspondence you have to me at rizen@lockpoker.com and I can follow up on it. We do have a new support system in place now that has, in a VERY limited sample size, appeared to improve timing and communication, so hopefully this won't be as much of an issue going forward.

Western Union is not an option right now. They said it will come back, but didnt say when. Cashout for US players is check by courier through the casino side. These are taking 2-3 weeks, so much better than cashing out through the poker side.

A cashout method to credit card is supposed to be coming soon, last I remember Rizen said it would be in August. That however was already pushed back because he said it would be available in July so who knows when it will actually be put into effect. Although he said cashouts would be 24-48 hours once that is available.
