Glad to hear this was sorted, the 212 error always requires you to contact the security team which was exactly what you did.

Transfers have always been manually checked by the security team as they go through. With the recent situation involving P2P transfers all transfers are been scrutinized to a greater detail causing slight delays over the usual processing times.
