Rizen - Would it be possible for Lock to send PT support example HH's for all stakes of the HUSNG super turbo's. I don't believe PT reports results for most of these. I sent them an example HH for the stake I sometimes play and they fixed it right away. I have seen other players complain about this in the HUSNG forum so I am guessing the only ST stakes that currently work are those where individuals have complained and actually followed through with PT support. Seems like sending them examples for each stake to fix it all in one shot would save everyone some grief.

Rizen,

Just wanted to say thanks for all of the updates and support help on here. It's huge to be able to do that for your customers. I have a couple of questions that maybe you can help with as I am new to the site (3 deposits, yikes):

1. Is there a way to turn off everything in the chat besides the player chat? I don't want to see the hand description and outcome and sometimes miss what people are saying. I'm on the MAC software and disabled Dealer chat but nothing changes even after opening new tables.

2. I play a lot of heads up SnG's and was wondering if there is a way to stop the congratulatory popups after a win? There is the balloon then there is another popup that says it has been credited to the account. Kind of hard to switch between multiples.

3. Results don't seem to process in Pokertracker 3 all the mini stakes report fine but I move up where they respect my raises and I have to manually enter the results. Any update on this?

Yeah I'm playing heads up SnG's. The pokertracker thing bothers me more then the popup thing because it takes time to do it all manually

I sent this request in a joint email to Lock Support and PT Support in the hope they could work together to fix all stakes in one shot.

Barney - If you want a quick fix you should contact PT support and provide them with a HH file for the STs that aren't being tracked (one XML file per stake) - - make sure you give them the buy-in amount for each one. I did this for the micro's and they fixed it w/in a few days.

Even better would be if Merge fixed the "zero stack" errors that occur frequently in the HHs (simply record the stack size BEFORE blinds and antes are posted). Adding relevant info such as buy-in and game type to the HH would be a bonus. Writing tournament summaries (field size and finishing positions) to accompany each HH after the game is finished would be pure bliss.

I've been in touch with Lock Poker support about a MTT hand history bug but the response I got suggests that the person responding has no idea that there are actually XML files that contain the hand history for a tourney (or cash game for that matter) and that the hand replayer isn't the only way to review your hand history. The problem is as follows:

For certain MTTs (I only know the $200 freerolls, but the bug might be for all MTTs since it should be the same code that runs for all MTTs), the hand history does not have the table number for each hand in the XML but instead just has "1" where one would expect the table number to be in the hand history. The table window has the correct table number so the bug seems to be the hand history writer itself.

If you want, I can send you the hand history, but if you look at the hand histories yourself, the <game id="....> line has a 'data="" ' section where you see the tourney number followed by a dash '-' and then another number that *should* be the table number if I understand this correctly, but instead is just '1' for MTTs.

Hope you are able to convey this to the programmers as I failed to in my email to support! I work on the open source FPDB poker database and HUD and we are failing to handle MTTs just like HEM fails without the table finder because of the missing table number for the table you are playing on!

Sometimes my tables don't open up by themselves this happened one time to me and it cost me money that the site refunded but today I noticed it happened to me twice today. Earlier I just restarted the software but just now I noticed 2 tables not popping up so I opened them manually and by then the tournies had already started and I lost maybe 1 or 2 hands.

edit: i just realized 3 tournies never opened up for me at all and by the time I noticed i was all in on the blinds looking at the lobby the tourney still had the waiting clock icon next to it.

IMHO You should be working with PT not lock or rizen. It's their software.

^^^ IMHO, you don't understand the issue. PT cannot properly track the HHs because they don't contain the buy-in and rake amount. They only contain the room name which means nothing to them without having a Merge secret decoder ring or something. I have sent PT HH's and identified the buy-in + rake and they have fixed the specific stake I provided - - very quickly I might add. If you add to this the other HH problems MaxCut pointed out and I think this is at least partially Lock/Merge's problem.

My point was that if Lock Support either got the HH's fixed (to include the stake) or if they simply provided example HHs for each stake of the HUSNG STs, then it wouldn't be up to individual players to contact PT, report the bug and provide the example HHs that PT will need - - repeating this process for each and every stake. I went out of my way to deal with PT support to fix the stake I play but I have seen similar complaints from several other players who presumably play at a different stake.

Getting this fixed in one shot and making their (PT and Lock/Merge) customers happy seems like a no brainer to me. Even if they take your view point, I would at least like a response. Why have a forum if you aren't going to respond to people ... even worse when I send an email which also goes unanswered.

^^^ No worries. I just have sand in my vaj because this is such a stupid tilting issue. FWIW, I was able to get HHs for the 4's, 8's, 15's and 55's and I shipped 'em off to PT support so at least those should get fixed (they fixed the 2's for me a while back). Would still be nice to see Merge fix the HH format or at least supply PT with example HHs for the other HU ST stakes. [steps down from soapbox]

PokerTracker support kicks ass!!! They fixed this less than 24 hours after I sent them the HHs. HU ST's should now work for 2, 4, 8, 15, 21 and 55's.

A responsive support team makes all the difference.

The fact that the Rebuy and Addon problems with MTT's hasn't been fixed yet is rediculous. If you are in for one rebuy in a 2R1A and bust your stack (88 chips, not sure if that would changed what happened than with 0 chips) on the last hand, you should be able to get a rebuy and an addon. I was only allowed an addon.

Please fix this asap kthxbye.

rebuy/add on is being address in a future update, I don't have an ETA right now. I know it is being included with A LOT of other issues, so I would anticipate we're talking months, not weeks or days.

My fault on this one. When I like to play in the casino I transfer my poker to casino. When im done, I transfer back to poker. I have done this several times today. The last time in the casino today, I got a message saying daily transfer limit exceeded. Can someone post a link to the limits so I know to be more careful in this matter for the future.

I downloaded lock for the 1st time today and made a small deposit of $57. The money came off my moneybookers skrill account, but was not credited to my lock poker acc?
The ref number was ####.

I'm not sure if this has been addressed, but is it a Lock-wide problem that the Client and tournament lobbies do not update in real time? When playing an MTT, if I open the tournament lobby I have to wait upwards of one minute for it to update to the current standings. This is a pretty annoying problem, although not the end of the world.
