I've been having trouble viewing the hand history directly from the table. I can view it on the file saved to my computer just fine, but when I click the hand number at the top of the table I just get a blank white page that never loads.

I've cleared cookies and have them enabled, and really have no idea what to do to correct this.

Have the same problem (on a mac) and have seen it mentioned by others. When the white screen loads click on it a few times and wait a few to 10-15 seconds - that usually works for me. It is painfully slow to go through previous hands though.

How about having show downs show up in the chat, even if the hand is mucked if fixing the hand history is not realistic right now? I offer this as a solutions since it has been made clear that improved mac software is not coming in the near future/ is not a priority.

I just tried that (on a PC) and it didn't work. I can see the showdowns in the chat, but it's obviously not as practical as seeing the hand history to go back and look at specific hands.

It's just frustrating and makes it impossible to play.

Hmmm. Didn't realize the client had problems on PCs. All the screen shots I've seen and what I've heard seem to indicate that the PC version is much better/ more stable than the mac version.

A lock rep might tell you to reinstall? Should send an email...

We (mac users) don't even get the showdown in chat, so looking for hands can be even more tedious. And opening hand history causes the client to crash at times, even in the middle of hands/ pots... :-(

Good luck though. Sucks we all have to deal with these problems.

I just re-installed and that didn't fix the problem. I was trying the live chat feature but they couldn't help me either so I came here to see if I could fix the problem here.

Looks like I'm emailing support and see what happens. Thanks for trying though.

Last night I had registered for a $100k step 4 and decided to stop waiting for people to sign up and clicked unregister and went to bed. Now when I attempt to sign up for a step 4 $100k sng it prompts me with Buy-IN:Ticket Your Balance: 1 as it should, so I try to redeem my ticket to sign up and it gives me error tournament registration failed exception. I think this is strange and I check my HHs and find out that the sng went off last night with me still registered which is very strange because I did in fact unregister from it and was told by the lock software that I did so, which is proven by the fact that I still have step 4 ticket credited to my account which I am still able to attempt to redeem, however when I attempt to redeem it I get the error stated above. This is a huge error in the software that needs to be fixed and I need my money back. My sn is heyeverybody, if you need more info let me know. Please help asap thanks.

Someone probably already bitched about this, but like 80% of the time lately after applying the filter it will only show some of the tables it should, usually the empty or almost empty ones.

Is it possible to stack Step Tickets on Lock now? As in have multiple tickets of each step. I know there was a problem with not being able to have multiple sat. tickets, but do not know if it was fixed/resolved. I would like to stockpile a bunch of Step tickets, is this possible?

They fixed my issue here very quick, many thanks to the lock staff.

Please fix your mac software! The software for mac is terrible compared to its windows counter part. The amount of bugs and errors is beyond tilting at times. Random Lock errors that forces the site shut down or restart while involved in multiple hands is ridiculous.

It's crazy how often HUSNG tables don't pop up after they get filled. And after sending the error info over to support via email, they auto assume its your computer and could have nothing to do with their crappy software. So annoying.

I've been having and issue with my WU international person to person transfer i sent to Lock today. I've contacted support twice and both times I've been told that the cashier would contact me shortly, but it has been hours and no e-mail from the cashier. Is this normal practice with this site? Take a deposit then not contact the customer when they report that the money never made it to their account. I'm getting frustrated with this site and their support. You know all of these "bugs" and delays in replies are going to be the down fall of Lock when Stars and Tilt return to the US, right? It is very poor customer service when you cannot provide a time frame on when you will be contacted or where the player's money is... This mixed in with all of the "bugs" in the software and connection issues is not good for the site. Players want to be sure that their money is safe on the site on which they play, but as of now I have no confidence in the security of my money on this site. My e-mail and tag are below. Any kind of info besides "someone from the cashier will contact you shortly" would be nice.

Anyone else have tables that sometimes don't pop up when action is required? It seems like i'm constantly getting sat out on tables without realizing it because I never see that action is required.

How about creating an option in a players "admin" area to change themselves between RB & VIP themselves (Allow maybe 24 hours for the change to take place)?!

This would free up a lot of email space and time for customer service agents..

No, it isn't, they have good Rakeback and so far everyone -eventually- (after a very long wait) gets paid out. There's some big issues with cashout times, though, aswell as WU being down currently.

So I am a "white level" VIP on Lock which supposedly qualifies me for "Sharkscope HUD overlays important SharkScope player data onto your poker tables while you play. View each player's profit history, ROI and stake levels graphs in the HUD application by clicking on a player name."

I've downloaded the application and activated my account but when I try to log in it says "email not found please go to www.sharkscope.com to create an account" although I already have an account. Whatis wrong? (support@lockpoker.eu is not responding to me)

When I'm done with the lobby I just move as much of the lobby off my monitor as possible. Then when it pops up its less of a distraction. First world problems...
