My question is.. i logged in and then I could play, was it just a coincidence I tried to log in at that time or did they have it set up so the game would start when i was ready? My opponent seemed insta tilted so i think he was waiting for me for a little bit?

Recently this last week my hand history stopped coming up and this is getting really annoying when I want to look back at previous action.

Please do something ASAP because I am sure there are many other players having the same issue.

Can anyone help me. I have XP SP2 .net 3.5 installed. When i run lock poker it says Finding servers and then after 2 seconds client dissapiers. Thanks.

Sit N Go winnings for my last three games aren't showing up and its been about 15-20 minutes since the last one completed. Pretty cool.

Is there any fix for the recurring "table error - Generic Error" pop up?

It's so bad atm I can't play.

how do i know if i'm getting rakeback? i looked through my reports but no signs of ever getting any rakeback.

I switched computers, tried to reinstall Lock, and now I can't get the tables as small as Merge's anymore, why would this be?

Has anyone else thee past few days been getting repeatedly disconnected before posting blind? Since this is the only time it happens I'm pretty sure its on the servers end.

It's pretty annoying since it takes 30 seconds to reestablish a connection and since I play HU my opponents tends to leave during this time.

Also some times when I time out the sit in button disappears.

I am on a micro PLO cash game 2c/4c 6max and the player in seat 6 never appears to have cards and they never appear on the screen at showdown. One player got up from the seat and another one sat down...so its not a player based issue. Ring Game 15608 Darwin 6 max.

Its just weird....if you get to showdown with this seat you have to check the chat box to see how you were beat...lol. The player always appears as "folded"...never having cards and the cards are not shown at showdown.

HELP !! It appears that the $10 SnG DoubleUp game is AWOL - has been gone for 2 days. This leaves a big hole in the lineup where it jumps from $5 to $25 for a 10 player game. Get too many donks in at $5, and risk too much at $25.

Playing my first session of tournaments since Black Friday. Couldn't make this **** up. Won't let me unreg from a tournament that hasn't started yet. Says, "Couldn't not unregister from tournament..."

I have $263 in withdrawable money on lock, and i tried to w/d today, and it wouldn't even let me type in an amount! There was just a big fat withdraw button. I hit it (I only wanted to w/d $200 but at that point I didnt care), and it said error

I finally find live chat I go to it wait and it said keep waiting , and next thing you know that window just closes itself. Nice support. Sent email already to lockpoker. I should be validated, I sent my docs in and they said they were OK (if I remember correctly. I'm kind of tilted right now).

Real discomfiting.

EDIT: I built this money up from $0. Won $20 on a private forum freeroll when Lock was on Merge. Also, $20 was in the casino, and $243 was in the poker room. They paid me $20 in the casino even though I won $75 on a game on that sunday that all the games crashed. (Emailed them for weeks on this and never got it resolved. Just gave up on it.). Maybe I need to wager $20 worth of crap in the casino first?

The VIP level status bar is stuck at the end of the WHITE level VIP bar and not moving down to the next level which silver and should be showing progress in the silver VIP section it has been going on 4 days that I should be in the SIlver VIP racket bar gaining progress in the Silver section and getting VIP rakeback payment's for being a Silver VIP player and I been putting 9 hours a day playing ring games and playing 12 tourney's a day so I am missing out on big part of money and should be close to finishing up silver VIP if this is not fixed by end of the month I will be put back all the way to the start of White going through whole thing all over again.

I have more traffic in my home games then lock poker -))
