Client freezes up on occasion forcing me to close it and open it again. This sucks when i have 12-16 sngs open

When I try to open the lock poker shortcut, I get an error message saying "windows cannot access the specified device path or file". If I click it again, the shortcut says that it can't locate the lockpoker.exe file. When I look in the lock poker folder, there is no EXE file. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and the same thing happens. This also happens with the cake poker client and no other program

Trying to get PT3 working as it's not showing up on available sites, any help?

Just found out PT3 on Mac doesn't work with Lock apparently? that's a shame.

I've been transferring large amounts to a friend of mine for safe keeping due to a security issue I had recently. We have been transferring back and forth as necessary for me to play (he doesn't play much but just acting as my banker). He tells me that Lock has just put the whole of his BR in the Casino section? And now he can't transfer it to the Poker section due to Maximum limits reached. Please help!

today a table seemed to get disconnected(went dark, connecting... box came up) after i thought i had clicked fold. Then it comes back and I try to click fold again and get an error box saying acted out of turn. Not a big deal, clicked on the box and it went away and I continued playing. Pretty funny mostly, just minor inconvenience having to click fold twice and click ok on the error box for no apparent reason, I mean how can I act out of turn on an online site? lol

think i read this has happened to others(the getting money transferred to casino and unable to transfer out due to tranfer limits reached part anyway) in the wu thread? maybe someone there or someone else has answered how to resolve this. I would search that thread and others. I'm guessing emailing them might work. But I would change your terminology. I think sites frown on people using accounts as a bank and not playing on them.

Just started a session, and my first two 6-max DONs came up (#12343301 and #12342664) had just come up. 4 hands into the first one and 1 hand into the second one, and the action freezes. Not the client itself, the table controls and lobby all seem to work fine. Just the action. So I closed one of them (and was prompted about sitting out) then resat and now it shows as an empty table with no seat pods (see screenshot). My internet never dropped.

Assuming it isn't auto-credited, I'll be expecting a refund on both of these.



EDIT: Closed the client completely and reopened it. Now after login I get a Lobby Error Exception "Exception - Poker is temporarily offline. Please try again in a few moments. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Looks like great timing on my part. If I'm running this bad already, guess it's good the session didn't get started...

So..what is Lock going to do to make up for this?

Did the site go down for everyone? I am in the 15k guranteed and my table froze, lobby still worked. I logged out and tried logging back in and I can't even login now.

Happened to me too. I was running about 7 tables 20nl and 50nl when the site went down
