I am sorry but this does not fix the problem!!
I cleaned my libraries and caches manually to make sure it was all gone, downloaded again, and the version that is being sent is Version1 and contains .exe files! I would show the screen shot, but cannot paste an image in here!! Customer service has been of NO use in this.

Sorry for the caps, but this has been answered at least 5 times in these lock threads, since the switch over.
Depending on your software, you may not find the library in the way described. Just search for library in finder, click application support, and move the lock poker folder to the trash. Then open the software.
