how does to auto top work?
I find myself frequently with less than 100bb, what is the pattern for the auto top to kick in?

It set to top off when you are 10 bb's below what you put in. So what I do is set it for 110 bb's and it will top you off. If you leave it at 100 bb's it won't top you off till you get to 90 bb's

There is some kind of glitch.I just logged on to see how many people were on and clicked on a .50/1 cash game and it says i'm at the table. I'm in the player list as someone who is playing in the game. Just weird. There are 9 people at the table and all of them are showing up their as well. I'm the tenth name on the list as an active player. Sure it's just a glitch, but just wanted to put it on here.

I logged off and back on to see if I was still there and I am and it says I'm sitting there with $100.

To late I'm not there anymore. Balance is the same so it's all good. It would suck if it happens multitabling. I would already think I'm at the table.

That bug has been there since the changeover. Super annoying.

Oh ok. I never noticed it before. I just clicked on a table to see who all was on and I saw my name with $100. I'm sure I miss out on some tables when going through the lobby thinking I'm already playing there.

I think it happens when you leave the table but don't close out the window or if you open the table and click to sit but don't actually buy in.

It happened when I logged on. I wasn't going to play but check how many people are on at different times of the day.

I just encountered a weird problem. I entered a sitngo and found that I was using the "simple" format. I decided to change that to the "classic" format. After that, I couldn't see the board cards. I ended up busting out with KK, cause I didn't know what to do. I was operating totally in the blind. Anyone else see this?

Edit: ok, playing another sitngo (a lot smaller) and everything's ok. I guess the rule is, don't switch formats midgame.

I'm still thinking Intertops is the way to go. Haven't deposited yet (pinched cervical nerves are a bitch when typing, my right two fingers are numb, so touch typing sometimes misses )

Shane was on a little this am, haven't checked recently, but their support seems to be dropping the ball.

I emailed & its been over 7 days & no reply ....
I simply Cant get Lock to even start ....
I run windows vista 64 , I updated everything I can think of.. java , windows .. I Dont have a antivirus running or a pop up blocker.
any ideas on what the issue is ? Shane at lock poker said he would get back to me instantly or the very next day but he has not in over a week....

Still nothing !!?? Really !? I'm trying to be understanding ... BUT 13 days since last email from Lock support !!!!.... If the software will not work ... AND no one will offer any help after 2 weeks and 8 emails to support and to I'm still waiting for rizen@lockpoker.com to reply.. can anyone Please offer any suggestions ?

Has anyone encountered a bug that causes all of the tables to flicker and spazz out all over the monitor until it crashes the program?

I have been able to recreate the "look" of it on 1 table (see video below, when using Aero snap in Win7). This bug only causes 1 table to crash whereas when it first happened to me, all of my tables were spazzing out and crashed the entire program.

It occurred when I accidentally tiled the tables within the software while playing in ~14 games. I'm trying to recreate it but haven't been able to yet.

Every time I lose my stack and the rebuy function doesn't work properly and I have to sit out a hand I die a little inside.

Not sure if this has been pointed out.. but in tournament filters, if I uncheck satellites in the advanced filters, a bunch of regular mtts are hidden (at least at the 15-$100 levels)

Every time I have a problem with a tournament and contact support I get the same generic reply 2-3 days later regardless of my actual problem.

Some of my games weren't popping up today. Another player had this problem last night as well. I would guess it was 5 sngs that never popped up out of 60 today. The software just sits you out the entire sng. Even when I knew it was happening, I would click the my tournaments button and the sng would be in there but wouldn't show any info after I tried to open it. I did notice that all of these were 6 man hyper sng's, same with the user last night.

I went to deposit today and there's a new box to verify ssn. I entered it correctly and I got an error message along the lines of: idcheck failed. What the hell? There's money in my bank and I've deposited this way numerous times (cc). After I tried it 3 times I got a different error saying: limit exceeded.Has anyone else had this issue. I emailed support, but the community is much quicker in replying. Thanks.

@ditchdigger- set your rebuy to 10bbs over what you actually want. (110 bb). I read it on an earlier post and my auto top has been working perfectly.

Now let's get custom avatars back.
